Awesome management! Will recommend to all my friends and family at my VERY LARGE Baptist Church! They corrected a tire for me that Firestone had told me not only had to be replaced but I also needed 3 more tires. Firestone Tires in Conway are scam artists. They saw a white haired woman alone and tried to scam me. The wonderful guys at Black's on hwy 17, North Myrtle Beach treated me with respect and kindness, and not like I had \\\"STUPID\\\" stamped on my forehead. There are actually honest people working at Black's! Spread the word!!!

Great experience, great service, reasonably priced, and quick turnaround. I will be going there for my future needs. Ben was about as good as they get when it comes to customer service. Never csught the other gentleman's names but they were professional and curtious as well.

Mikey and Ben are more than professional. They explained my issue and gave me options on how they could fix my car.i had been to a couple of other garages and they all left me feeling like I was not going to get home with my car. The problem wasnt has bad as I had been told by the other shops. Blacks tire ended up saving me a bunch of money. I will be using these guys for all my work from now on. These guys make you feel like family. Thanks again!

I'm from out of town (7 hours) and had some fairly major issues with alignment. I wanted to get it taken care of prior to leaving town. I was able to get the work done at the 1201 Highway 17SNorth Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 location. They were able to work me in and did a great job so I could drive home with confidence. Great price as well. If there was a way to give more stars I would do it. Thanks.

I made an appointment with Tommy last week for Monday. Arrived and they had no appointment. But, did get me in right away and the service was fine.I wanted only an oil and filter change, which I reiterated.When I picked up the car, the service included Ethanol Preventive. I did not authorize this!And after being quoted by Tommy at $93, the actual was over $98!!!Not real happy about being mislead.

My experience was outstanding I will always use them for my car care. Ben Lathrop is an outstanding service person he greeted me with a smile and asked me what was wrong. As we talked he educated me on different parts of my car it’s function and maintenance.I brought my car there because I thought I needed new brakes. After checking my brakes Ben informed me that my brake were good. He told me different reasons why they could be squeaking. I was grateful that I went to an ethical service center whose purpose was to service the customer’s car , satisfied the customer and not rip the customer off. Thank you Black’s Tire and Auto Service located at 1201 Highway 17 South North Myrtle Beach, SC. And thank you Ben Lathrop for being a true example of what a front end service person should be.

As a business owner myself, my experience with this team was excellent ! On vacation with my family when we came into town we started hearing the brakes grind metal to metal on my Escalade . Not only did they do a great job they give us a ride to and from our condo . Very grateful they got us in on a holiday weekend. Of course, I spent more than I would from my local mechanic, but it was worth it . Convenience and quick great service. !!! Thank you, Tommy Now back to the beach

Excellent service! One of our Realtors thought he needed a new tire. He walked in and had a great talk while getting some quotes for tires. The plan was to come back the next day so they were nice enough to give him some air before leaving. While doing that they discovered the problem and let him know that the tire just needs a plug instead of a replacement. It was dropped off the next morning and they called pretty quick to pick it up. It was quick and easy with great communication. We are on the roads a lot and I'm sure we will need tires in the future. This will be our first stop.

I've been going to Black's Tire and Auto for years. They just replaced my transmission fluid and oil. Took me right in and finished in just a short time at a reasonable cost.I can trust them. They always do a good job, and they're nice people.

I had a tire problem while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Took the car to Blacks and they got it in and fixed it right away and got me back to enjoying my vacation in under an hour. Friendly and very trustworthy business. Highly recommend

Visiting Myrtle Beach on vacation and had a tire losing air. Black's Tire found cause quickly. They reported why (cracked wheel) and advised me where to go to have it repaired. Blacks even checked my other tires as well. All this work and they never charged a penny!

We unfortunately got a nail in our tire on our trip down from Canada and we based our choice on past positive Google reviews. They didn't disappoint. They got us in right away, fixed the tire and we were on our way to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Great, friendly service! Highly recommend.Thanks guys!!

I have used Mason Tire Service/Black Tire Service on 12th Ave S in North Myrtle Beach for more years than I can remember for everything from oil changes to major repairs to tires. They have always been good to me and I trust them. Tommy and Ben and Jason Long are the best.

I had a ten hour drive from Myrtle to New Jersey and my car was making whining noises when I turned and accelerated. I called Mason Tire and Auto Service and they took a look first thing in the morning. Ben took a look at my car and spotted the issue almost instantly. He put power steering fluid in my car and made my trip home possible. I'm incredibly grateful to Ben and the whole team ar Mason Tire and Auto Service! They're true angels and I cannot thank Ben enough!!!
