Been an ISI member for years and I am used to going to the Myrtle Beach location due to the proximity of my house but once in a while its a good reminder and worth the drive to go to this location instead.The place is impeccable inside out which shows that the sweet couple that manages/owns the location really care about their business and take pride in it. The coaches the facility and the members are all great. It makes the whole gym experience worthwhile. Blessed to be part of the Isi team

Beware!! They cancelled the 6:30 class that I was going to. I asked them to do the fair thing being the small business: to either offer me the same class or refund me the remaining membership fee that I have paid. I have left at least 20 messages with the front end employees. Derek and Misty did not call me back even once. Terrible business. Will not recommend to anyone. Would have given 0 star but it was not an option. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principle, to do the fair thing, which they did not do.

Absolutely recommend the welcoming environment hosted by Misty and Derek Elmore, Coaches and Staff. Coupled altogether, the elements breed an environment that you can do nothing less than succeed in. Ask about their 7 day free trial and try it for yourself!

I have been looking for my gym family for years. We live in NMB every summer. I found it! Hard workouts, amazing staff (Derek always checks up on me during class) everyone knows your name. The best. So so glad to be part of this community and have found me people in SC!! I'm a coach and trainer so I have been to a LOT of gyms for what it's worth.

My longest relationship with with Gym at ISI and I’m so grateful for it. I started at the Myrtle beach location but over time my workout needs changed, so I started frequenting The NMB location. Derek and Misti are amazing humans and knowledgeable not only for exercise but for total wellness. I have mobility challenges and despite needing modifications - I am never treated as less than or broken. I’m always pushed, encouraged and supported. Any age, any situation - this place is for you!

After being away from any type of consistent activity for almost 30 years, stepping foot into a gym is so intimidating. I fell in love with ISI Elite Training-North Myrtle Beach after my first session.Coaches lead a varied group of people, at all fitness levels, through a workout that can be modified, if needed. Workouts change daily.The energy is high, and the staff and other members keep you accountable and challenge you to get better each time you step through the doors.No matter where you are in your fitness journey, ISI is the place to go!

I attended ISI in NMB as a guest on a random Saturday....I have not stopped coming since! The gym is clean, music is amazing, everyone was very welcoming and the energy of each person that works there is so motivating and positive. Joined about 3 months ago looking to add strength training to my running routine. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I just knew that I wanted to focus on getting stronger and needed help to figure out where to begin. After just one session I knew I had found the ideal place for me. Well organized, welcoming, challenging, instructional, and lots of fun are the words that come to mind to describe the world of ISI. The coaches go through each movement every class. They round throughout the session providing words of encouragement and instruction to help you optimize each move. There is a great mix of weights and band exercises so you don’t feel like you are burning out quickly. I have surprised myself at how much I can do. I don’t think I would have found my inner beast without ISI. No matter where you are in your fitness journey ISI is here to help anyone and everyone wanting to build a better stronger version of themselves both physically and mentally. #transformationchallenge2022 #isinorthmyrtle

I've been traveling the frontlines for over a year. I was in between government work contracts when I was asked to sign up for a membership. I was reassured that if that when I was contacted to leave the state for another contract they would freeze my membership until I returned. I left in July , and suddenly, in November, they began a direct withdrawal up until January. I'm still not home, and they have refused to refund me but canceled my membership. When I joined ISI, I thought I was joining a company that cared about the community of North Myrtle Beach; instead, they have the mentality of a large corporate gym.

I’d give 100 stars if I could! I assumed this was just like every other gym around, scary and full of judging eyes (…I realize I prob made that up ? but still). iSi is way more than a gym, it’s a family! I promise, if you try it, you’ll be hooked. You’ll be encouraged and inspired, you’ll come in each day better than you were the day before, you’ll make so many new friends… and that ALL happens on day 1!
