I bought a pair of “diamond” earrings. I love them, they’re gorgeous. But the backs do not fit tightly on the earrings at all. I bought them last Saturday. And on Thursday the back just fell off somewhere, luckily i still have the earring. I’m not scared to wear them . The earring backs just don’t fit. I don’t like these rubber coated backs and don’t know what i can use to keep them on and from getting lost.

Have shopped at Illusions multiple times in the last 24 years. Customer service is excellent. The rings I’ve purchased get so many compliments. Just visited the store to buy a purple stone ring - the suggestions that were given were spot on based on what I said I was looking for. Took each of my granddaughters that were with me and bought a special unique piece for each one. They love their new jewelry!!! This is a must visit on your next trip to Barefoot’s Landing!

Wonderful place beautiful pieces when I went in on Sunday I believe and dealt with suzanna very nice .Bought 2 piecesBracelet broke yesterday I went in today and my my Debbie is definitely different then Suzanna.I would of exchanged it. But with a quickness she shut me down.She wanted a receipt, couldn't even get out what was wrong. I said ok and got it out.i was taken back some whatThen as she started to refund me she said proudly said would u like to return the ring too.I said ok sure I guess so...yesWow.Customer service people need word track classes for sure at this place.Good.luck to all u tourists!!

And the owner has a gem of an employee with Debbie! She knew the story on every artist. Hearing the back story on the jewelry made what I purchased even more special to me. I purchased several pieces from here a couple weeks ago and love them all! Debbie was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. We went in first thing in the morning and were followed by a rush of customers. She took her time answering everyone’s questions and thanking everyone else for their patience. She was also very patient with me as I had to deal with a banking issue as I checked out. The prices are amazing, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I hope to be able to go back soon!

1st time in north myrtle and found illusions. Went back 3 times. Bought 4 beautiful pieces. I lovvvvvve this place. No pressure from sales person to buy because the pieces are amazing and affordable.

I’ve been going to illusions for many years when we vacation at Myrtle. The ladies are friendly and very helpful. According to Betty I have the largest collection of fire opel jewelry she has ever seen and they all came from this store. Missie from Maryland!?❤️
