Natalie & Bryan are the BEST!!! Replaced screen on my current phone but breathed life into a drowned IPhone 6 that i thought was a lost cause…they are professional, knowledgeable and efficient!! Highly recommend!!!

I took my phone here a week or two ago for a new battery. They charged me for cleaning the charger port and they charged me for a new battery. It’s a week later and not only is the battery back to the way it was my camera and flashlight aren’t working anymore. I’m so disappointed bc I live in Charlotte nc and I basically blew about $180+ dollars for nothing.

I went to Verizon with a dead screen on and was told my phone could not be fixed but could purchase a new one for $700.00. I complained stating I had been with them since early 90's!! They also said since my screen was dead they could not transfer any of my data to a new phone. However, they did tell me my phone has insurance and that I could get a replacement phone for $99.00 deductable. They gave me phone numbers and was told to go home and call these numbers to get a replacement phone...really...on a phone that I could not make an outgoing call on!!! Fortunately my husband's phone was working. After 2 hours of getting a "runaround" the automated system send a link to my phone with instructions to get a replacement phone!!! Again, I CAN'T USE MY PHONE!!! I gave up and decided I would go back to Verizon to get a new phone the next day knowing I would loose some irreplaceable data. The next morning something told me to google cell phone repair in North Myrtle Beach. So glad I did because Brian and Natalie Ayersman at IDoctorsCarolinas saved my phone and all my data in less than 2 hours for a mere $140.00!!!! Y'all, I say all this to give you a warning....VERIZON JUST WANTS TO SELL YOU A PHONE!!! They don't care about helping. I even told the Verizon representative I really needed to try to save my voicemail because I have a voicemail from my Daddy that was saved right before he passed away. Do you think they cared!!! Go see IDoctorsCarolinas in North Myrtle Beach, they care!!! Also, you can ship your broken phone to them and they will repair it and send it back to you immediately. Thank you Natalie and Brian, y'all are awesome!!!

Verizon gave us the run around trynig to get our phone fixed. These people had it going in less than 2 hours. Very nice. I recomend go to them first than your provider!

My daughter is more clumsy then ever and dropped her phone multiple times before it started bleeding and after 2 or 1days after taking it to the doctor the phone was basically new. Most definitely recommend this doctor for phones.❤️

Great customer service. Brian has helped me more than once with my IPhone. Verizon wanted me to upgrade to iPhone 13. That was their solution. I am on disability and limited income. Brian and Natalie replaced battery and fixed my broken screen. Since then, I have been back three times and have ALWAYS been satisfied with their work, their honesty and patience. I am a customer for life!
