Every employee in here was extremely rude. Multiple employees would just walk by and not ask us if we need help but ask someone else. We asked for help was told to get on the app. Employee at the batteries damn near pushed me out of her way because "she was organizing the batteries" I guess I was taking to long looking for C batteries. The prices weren't accurate and in the app was cheaper. The app also reflected wrong bays for push pins. We never found them. Atleast I got 1 thing.

What a disappointment this was. First , I ordered a washer/ dryer, and a refrigerator from this Home Depot. When the delivery came, the wires on the dryer were stripped, so they had to take it back. Now we have to wait ten days for the replacement, which comes from Michigan. No back up dryers anywhere? Then yesterday, I ordered a mower, and the handle is stripped on the bottom. They will call me back about the replacement details. Never again will I buy from the Home Depot. I won't even mention about the rudeness the lady gave me on the phone about the dryer.

My mom ordered a stove, refrigerator and microwave from this location. It was installed by Home Depot. Shortly after, the door to the freezer stopped closing correctly. When the tech came out he slapped goop on it and said "that'll fix it". It didn't. My mom called again and a new tech came out and said they could put on a new door. That was after he yanked out the fridge and broke her brita water filter that was sitting on the counter. To make matters worse the stove was always a bit sloped, and we could never figure out why. We figured it out when we realized that the appliances had also come with bugs. We did our best to spray as Home Depot does not care. Not their problem they said. When we pulled the stove out, we realized that the feet had not been installed correctly and that is why the stove was sloping. My mom then called Home Depot to explain to them what was happening and they scheduled another tech to come out to pull out the fridge and reset the stove. My mom spent her entire day waiting and The tech never showed. Now, Home Depot is saying since the claim has been open for more than 90 days my mom needs to deal directly with whirlpool. However, they installed everything improperly! My mom is now waiting for a new door to come in for the fridge. My mom is elderly and doesn't need this kind of stress. I will NEVER buy any appliances at Home Depot again. I recommend staying as far away from this store as possible if you want a stress free and positive experience.

Ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Home Depot. It was delivered on March 22,2023. On 3/29 my niece washed a small load. The washing machine shook so violently that it damaged the floor in my laundry room as well as the wall and it dented the dryer. My husband immediately turned it off and I called Home Depot. They scheduled a Samsung technician to check the machine. They filed an insurance claim for the damages to the laundry room as well as the door frame which they damaged bringing everything in. On 3/29 The Samsung technician comes and notices that the shipping bolts were never removed which is what caused it to shake violently. A new washer is ordered as well as a dryer because of the damage. A replacement was delivered on 4/4 The replacement dryer was dented so much the drivers didn't take it off the truck but they did let us see it. During all this the refrigerator stopped working. Called Home Depot and they scheduled a replacement for 4/6. It never arrived that day. On 4/4 called Home Depot and I spoke with Jazara at 2pm. She told us that our refrigerator delivery was r/sed for tomorrow. Since they messed up on delivering on time she told me to call after delivery for a credit of $150. Brittany issued the credit at 11:01 on 4/5On 4/10 @7:56am Sw Sara regarding insurance not calling us. Who transferred me to Sean for 3rd party admin for ins told to call:800-466-3337 option 2.Spoke with Laura @8:23am told to call Segwate-ins claims 800-253-4527. Called Segwate and spoke with John at @8:29. He informed me that they do not follow claims for online orders but if a claim had been submitted he would see the claim number. So I call Home Depot again. Spoke with Jaimie @8:47am she tells me to call segwate so I ask her if she can do a warm transfer. Through the warm transfer John informed Jaime that a claim was never filed. A claim filed today by Jaime. This is claim number TWO. Claim number takes 2 days. Later that day @3:40pm I receive a call from Tawana in "corporate". She tells me my dryer that's scheduled for deliver in 4/29 is pushed up to 4/14. On 4/13 Sw Eric @ 1:04pm to follow up on the claim because no one has called regarding tte claim and I did not get a call with a delivery window. Claim has been resubmitted but there is no update (per his supervisor). AND delivery of the dryer was rescheduled to the 29th but no one called us. 4/15 @8:42am Spoke with Cole He submitted a third claim. Transferred to Jennifer resolution specialist. Informed that sedguwate does handle claims. She left notes that this is escalated to delivery team. 4/17 at 10:11 spoke with John who tells me there still isn't a claim filed.

Do Not Buy a Generac home generator from Home Depot. You are actually buying from a middleman named Cantor Power Systems. Cantor has NO ELECTRICAL EMPLOYEES. Cantor uses sub contractors. In other words you are paying Home Depot, Cantor, AND the sub who does the work. So you end up paying 4 parties. Buy your Generac from an installer/ dealer and save money and aggravation.

I ordered a really nice frig on June 22. They told me it would be delivered on July 1st. It did not come, no one called and they give you a 4 hours window for delivery, so I unplugged my frig at 1:30pm. My window was from 2pm to 6pm. No one called or anything. I went back to store because all my food had to be thrown out. They did pay me for the lost of groceries, but still not frig. Today is July 5 at 11:45am and still no frig. They said it will be delivered today by 12:30.....YEAH RIGHT!!!!! We will see..was going to buy a stove from them....I changed my mind...I'll get it from some where else.. Totally poor costumer service.

Although we don't normally shop at Home Depot because, customer service for the most part is horrible, we did shop for window cleaning items on Monday, April 11, 2022. On the way to the car, we crossed over the median strip. I tripped over an uneven sidewalk and broke my upper arm and was transported to the ER. The humorous is completely broken in half. Hard fall. There was ONE employee who actually came to see what was going on. My first thought is, take care of your grounds and sidewalks and my second thought is, way to go that employee. I wish I knew who it was, as I couldn't see while lying on my stomach.

I would not make any appliance purchases in this store. I purchased a washer and dryer combo a total of $2,500 and was told it would be delivered the following week. I was also told I would get a call 30 minutes before me delivery. My delivery window was 9:00 to 1:00. I did not get any updates until after 1:00 o'clock when I contacted them, only to find out a big nothing. I was unfortunately on the phone with another call when I received an unknown caller. I put my call on hold and answered the phone. No one was there, I immediately called the unknown caller back hopefull it was my delivery. But no answer, no message and their mailbox was full. I ran outside and saw the white truck sitting there and got on the elevator but by the time I got there they were gone. I kept trying to reach the unknown number but no answer. I contacted Homedepot # for help. After making numerous calls I finally reached a lady who told me too bad she could reschedule for delivery in another 7 days! I can't do 7 more days, as I am leaving on a cruise in 2 days. I took everything out of my laundry room remove all furniture in the hallway and now I have to reinstall my shelves and put everything back. NO ONE cared, no one helped, the delivery guy Shawn or whatever was clearly in charged and he didn't care. The delivery was for 9-1:00 I waited all day for nothing. I would never purchase anything from this store again. Customer SERVICE is a big joke! I canceled the freaking order and reordered it from BEST BUY! Screw you Home Depot! Dana M NMYRTLE BEACH

Literally, the worst home depot as far as customer service goes. I was in shock, honestly. The lumber associate was awful, the lot associate that was supposed to help load a bunch of lumber told the cashier who called him that someone else was outside and he didn't need to go help-but there was no one outside. The key carrier was extremely rude and laughed at me. The reason I come to Home Depot is because employees are always so pleasant and willing to help. This location is the exact opposite. If you need help with lumber being cut, dont bother. if you need help loading lumber into your truck, don't bother. If you need to interact with a manager or key carrier, don't bother.

-----Senior citizens BEWARE!-------------- Tried to take advantage of elderly couple! We Paid for carpet and install for three bedrooms, also paid the extra charge for them to move the furniture. On the day of install, I received a call from the install coordination center saying the installers were at my parents home, but unless we paid an additional $75.00 to take a (BASIC HOOK ON RAIL, BED APART - NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED - simply lift up on the rail) they would not install. (Keep in mind we already paid the fee to move the furniture) The install dept got the Manager involved and he reiterated that unless we paid they would not proceed! So I had the leave my office, went to the residence, unhooked the bed (literally 60 seconds to disassemble) IT IS NOT ABOUT THE $75.00, IT IS ABOUT TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF and CHARGE EXTRA TO THOSE LESS CAPABLE! GO TO A REPUTABLE FLOORING DEALER - STAY AWAY FROM HOME DEPOT!

Attitude! Couldn’t order new frig, they said computers were down. Ordered entire house flooring, they ordered wrong amount d/2 manager eating lunch. Then we were told we’d get a call when more came in. We saw some there when buying new kitchen. Bought it ourselves. Then kitchen designer was rude, abrupt and clearly didn’t want to help us. It’s an entire kitchen remodel! Bad attitudes will have us shopping elsewhere.

Visited the Home Depot North Myrtle Beach to purchase a microwave went to the small appliances part of the Home Depot and Raul Sierra sales associate was very helpful . We purchased a counter microwave. When we pulled up to load the microwave into our car a sale associate loaded the appliance into our vehicle. We will shop at this Home Depot again. 620 17 N.
