What a great place to shop. I just left here not even 15 minutes ago very helpful and the protein shake was on point. They even honored my veteran status( USMC) Semper FI just beyond words for the hospitality shown here. I will definitely be back again.

A huge shout out and thank you to Ken and Zach. When leaving Foundation you feel like you have increased the way you do from a great Church service. The knowledge and explanation given for your individual needs sets the bar unlike GNC and other supplement shops that are trying to load you up with as much as they can. LOL, you know what I mean. The smoothies are the best I have ever had. Whether it is pre or post workout or meal replacement you will be happy and return on a regular basis the way I and so many do. If you are looking to add to your knowledge of supplements and training Foundation is your 1 STOP SHOP. Again, Thank you Ken and Zach. See ya tomorrow

The only place around I would recommend to anyone with any type of goal. Great products, prices and knowledgeable people. Not open to just make a dollar, they want you to be successful and make your goals obtainable while being cost effective!!

After trying a few different stores out, I can definitely say this is the best store you'll ever step into. I originally tried them because I was out of pre-work out and work out in the gym next door. I was hesitant because I've been through the horror of stores like this who just push products for commission. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Ken took the time to talk to me about my personal goals and the best pre-work out for me specifically. They even have samples you can try out before committing to one! I ended up going back and they remembered me and asked how my goals were going. Ken even took the time to point out things that might be beneficial for me to use in the future as I got closer to my goals. It's such a breath of fresh air to find fitness support without just product pushing. They are such genuine people and they've gained a lifetime supporter by taking time out of their day to talk with me and help educate me. Plus they have protein that actually tastes good. I definitely recommend trying out the maple syrup on pancakes flavor before the holidays are over! It's a lot easier to hit your protein goals when it tastes like a cheat meal.

Ken has an incredible store in Longs. He is growing his product line every week. More importantly, Ken takes an interest in each customer who comes in looking not just to sell them products but to get to know them and what their goals are. He has worked with me to reduce the number of products I have been using and thereby save me money. All of this without compromising quality! Many places give polite cashiers who will help me find a certain product and cheerfully ring me up but none could answer questions about a product or recommend product A over product B. Ken has gone the extra mile! Keep up the great work and teach some others so you can add more locations!

Kenny is fantastic! He and the staff take the time to get to know your needs, instead of just pushing product. He has a great selection and only buys what is actually good. On a few occasions for me personally he’s even special ordered stuff for me. I love shopping local, and I love that he gives back with every order too. My boyfriend and I don’t get our protein or energy drinks anywhere else! Thanks Kenny!!
