Not a great experience when I called then eventually stopped in to fill out an “application”. They wouldn’t even talk to me until I did that. Once I did I never heard back from them. I see that lots of people rated them high but I will never get the chance since I’ve contacted another place that actually wants my business.

This Company is a JOKE we sold our home and spoke to them about a refund on our Propane left in the Tank witch is buried in the ground we emailed the pic of the gage that showed the amount left in the tank, now after many attempts and contact with them they gave us the run around about credit for the refund, they Now Say we needed to receive payment for the amount left in the tank from the new owner, we were informed buy them the new owner had to contact them to set up an account and after that they would bill them for the amount left in the tanks, WHAT a Mess dealing with this company We Strongly recommend NOT buying or Dealing with this company for anything related to Propane Products

Dont even inform u they are coming to fill tank and demand payment, if i didnt call u for a refill dont just show up when u feel like it, and more expensive then most places, needless to say im done with them and going to amerigas!

Terrible customer service. They’ve over charged us for every service, double billed for the same service, don’t schedule appointments with the homeowner (you just receive a text when a technician is on their way).We’ve spent almost 5k on what Comeback Propane would’ve done for 2,500.00.My best recommendation is TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. USE COMEBACK PROPANE.

They will not sale or service a new customer looking to get a propane tank for a generator unless you purchase the generator from them.

We recently purchased a home in NMBeach and because the previous owner utilized Ford’s services, we also became a client. Every single time I’ve had to contact the company, in the last few weeks, the service has been very professional, very personable, and extremely prompt. They are very accommodating, and flexible, and even agreed to move our 800 pound tank while our garage floor is being resealed. I wish I had a menu to contact these people before you make a decision about this type of service.

When I called to have a gas line to my grill removed due to construction, I was told maybe January and when I balked at that, I was told that they would take out the tank. A day later they came and took the tank, the same workers that would have cut the gas line. I had over half of the gas in the tank and have not received a refund. So now I am without gas thanks to them.

We have an issue with our Propane fireplace. Ford sent some very good techs out and they identified the problem and said that they would order the part and we would be called to fix the problem. After 4 weeks, we called and their Service Manager, Mike, changed the story....Maybe lied!!!. He said your husband agreed that it was his problem and they weren't going to do anything. He got angry on the call. Guess his feelings were hurt. I've been in sales for forty + years and never would treat a customer as he did. He needs sensitivity training or another job....Our fireplace was operable before NOW IT IS NOT ALL DUE TO FORD. They seem to have a lock in this area. Perhaps we need some competition. W

I got $1.86 worth of gas and they took $75 dollars out of my account told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. They are playing with my money

Contracted with Ford's for purchase and installation of a vent free gas fireplace. Sales reps helped me explore the many options available and made recommendations based on my expectations. Delivery and install within 10 days resulting in a beautiful functioning fireplace. There were some issues with install but management took full responsibility for same. This demonstration of accountability speaks volumes for the company. Highly recommended.
