“I wanted to get my wife flowers for our anniversary, but being out of town and not knowing a specific florist to use, I did an online search and came across Flowers on the Coast. They had many good reviews so I gave them a chance. I can say, I was extremely pleased. Since it was after hours, I used the online order process and it went great. I found what I liked according to the picture and placed the order with no problem. I emailed Customer Service some additional instructions since we were staying in a condo on the beach. I received a reply within 15 minutes or so. The next day, I was so pleased that the flowers were delivered before noon and the woman who made the delivery was very pleasant and handled the flowers with care. She followed the directions I had made perfectly. The flowers were as shown online and looked great. My wife was extremely surprised and very happy and satisfied with the flowers. I would definitely use Flowers on the Coast again. Thank you for your great service.”
