I noticed that my drivers side front tire was low on my truck and went in to have them check it. Alex got me in and out in about 1 hour with a patch in my tire from a nail that had punchered it. The best part is that it was 100% free of charge !!! Now that's what I call great customer service !!!

I’m sure most people are like me and visit a tire shop out of necessity. Although the situation isn’t usually ideal, this Discount Tire location has employees who do a great job of minimizing the difficulties. They are knowledgeable and so very helpful with finding solutions.
I highly recommend the insurance offered on tires. I have had covered tires replaced, and it’s the simplest process possible. They’re also the absolute best location for quality windshield wiper blades. I can’t sing their praise enough.

Walked in after waking up to a nail in my tire. They patched it quickly and for free. Shoutout to Mike D for being thorough and on top of things. Will definitely come here for my tire needs in the future

I can't say enough good things! We would not be home without these guys. We started our 500 mile journey home this morning when the tire light kicked on. We parked and found the problem was the valve stem. I looked for a tire shop and these guys popped up around the corner. I parked and Alex met me before I got to the door. He started looking over the vehicle and gathering info(tread depth,wear,vehicle info,etc) they got us right in 5 min after getting our info and they were done about 15 minutes later. We were all ready to pay and get down the road when we were told we didn't owe anything. We asked why and they said flat repair is free of charge. We left in disbelief and happy as could be. What I worried would add hours and at least $50 ended up being 30 minutes and no money at all. So happy we ended up here!

Amazing service, I had a flat tire. I went here to get my tire looked at and if I needed a new tire if they can't fix it. Not only did they fixed it, they didn't charge me anything. All the staff was smiling, spoke politely and service was fast. This will be my only place anything tire for me vehicle. They also put air in your tires for free, without having to wait.

Drove from Ohio to Myrtle Beach for vacation. Came out of our hotel to find a flat tire with a screw in it. Put the spare on and drove to this Discount tire where they repaired/patched the hole for FREE! Couldn't have been happier. The best.

Down at Myrtle on vacation and found a nail in my tire. They removed the tire, patched it and rebalanced it at no charge within an hour! Great customer service and the guys at the desk couldn’t have been more polite!
