My tag never works. It's paid. Staff do nothing to rectify it. This one nice young lady tried something tonight. She works at the North Myrtle Beach location on 17 north.
Other locations close as early as 6pm, when the hours say 8pm. Be consistent. You're going to lose a lot of business when the local guy opens his state of the art facility here.

My 1st trip to this location after Zips took over. My free wash code didn't show up so I saw this Man running around like crazy working his butt off and I asked for help and Sam came right over and helped me and sent me through the wash even though we couldn't find my code. I then needed clean towels and he grabbed them for me. I spent about 45 cleaning my car inside and out. I noticed that 2 of my tires had tire shine even though it didn't come with my free wash. I went back to Sam and he explained that sometimes the tire shine will get on the tires by accident and they are having it fixed. I was ok with that asked if I could use the car towels to wipe off the 2 tires and he said sure. So I walked back to my car and he came out with a container of tire shine. I was so impressed with Sam and all the help he was to me today. He really made such a great impression on me today that I will return to this location because of how helpful he was. SAM is a keeper. Zips has a great very friendly employee or manager..I'm not sure but what a great experience and my car looks great!!!

Kristen was very helpful and has an awesome personality. A piece of my windshield wiper came off in the wash and they went and found it. They also helped me sign up for a membership (I was not planning on buying one, but they explained the options and helped me feel comfortable purchasing one). They also gave great recommendations for washing my car.

Here on vacation to wash off the sand and beach mist. Of course memberships are everything for this business model and lady tried selling me one when I arrived. Informed her I am not interested, don't have a Zips near me and that I had a Brother that works at a car wash where I'm from so there was no need for a membership. Put my card up (looked away for a sec, she had clicked a couple buttons) go around to the car wash bay. 2nd lady meets me there and guess what "sorry our computer system accidentally signs people up for memberships"...awesome...she then tells me to go ahead and keep it lol and she was gonna go ahead and put the sticker on. Cancellation is a pain, have to call the customer service number which is a call center overseas so good luck. BEWARE OF THIS MEMBERSHIP SCAM. Talked to my brother he says they have the same computer system at his wash, they CAN cancel on-site. Don't be pushed like I was to wait 24 hours then call the customer service line....
