CVS as a company needs to get it together for their patients. Im not talking about the hard working pharmacy techs and pharmacists, we are greatful for you... I speak for us all when I say it is a JOKE getting a prescription here or any other cvs. They don't care enough to properly staff, post CORRECT HOURS on their website and app AND phone... their staff is clearly over stressed and someone needs to give them a hug for all their patience. Instead of appreciating your employees for all they do you cut hours and leave them scrambling.CVS wake up and get a clue... we aren't interested in vaccines as much as we are invested in CARE. ISNT THAT WHAT YOUR COMPANY STANDS FOR????? This is why I have transferred most all of my prescriptions, maybe losing customers is your goal so you can play catch up easier.

this location is horrible. attitude for no reason, ignores phonecalls, I can easily leave but I feel sorry for older residents trying to pick a location close to home. go somewhere else & listen to all the reviews

Absolutely horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone so you have to go there to talk to them. I see all these one star reviews and don’t understand why the pharmacy manager has not been fired. She is rude, laughs at customers’ problems and then threatens not to fill your prescription because she accuses you of disrespecting her if you do t just swallow her abuse. When a person goes to a pharmacy it is because they have a medical issue and need help and sympathy, not some horrible, rude person trying to intimidate them and call them a liar or worse. I have used this pharmacy since the 1980s but they gave no respect for their customers and I moved all my scripts to another pharmacy today. Wise up, CVS, get rid of this rude, nasty employee and try to provide customer service once again.

CVS Management need to come in a chat with these folks. I am not sure why, butI think they have been on strike for a couple of years and no CVS management has noticed. Maybe management do not care, but a lot of people rely on this store. I am moving to another way of getting my prescriptions.

I'm on bipolar medication, which you can not go multiple days without taking. I had my appointment yesterday and my medication was sent in at 11am, and said being processed, I called 4 times between 11-4pm, each time I was on hold for 10-20 minutes, and someone picked up the phone and said "hello" and I said "hey! My name is-" and then they hung up. I went at 4:30 to pick it up. I stood in line for 15minutes, only to be told that it was not ready and would be later. I could tell they were busy and I said "it's okay, I'll come get in the morning I can tell y'all are busy". The pharmacist said thank you so much it'll be ready. Now it is 12:46 of the next day and it's still not ready. I've been on hold for 25 minutes on the phone, this is ridiculous. I will never have my medication sent here again. I'm on day 2 of not having my medication and by tomorrow if I don't get it then it'll be bad for me. You would think they would understand and care enough about this.

Miriam, the pharmacy manager was super helpful and Sarah the tech too! They both went out of their way to help my daughter and I and I greatly appreciate it. We will definitely be back!

Pharmacy understaffed and clearly don't understand customer needs. Have asked why, where, and how come my meds are not there a minimum of 5 times. My frustration level is beyond what I can take, it's no wonder why they have the reputation they have.

As I see that all of these reviews are one star, mine will not make a difference I see! Anyway, here goes. This pharmacy and store sucks so bad!!!! I would have given zero stars if I could. I sat in line for approximately 10 minutes waiting at the drive up window. Not unusual at that location! Damn miracle it was even open. This was around 6:10 in the evening. As I reached the window finally, the pharmacist (named Robbie) walked over and rolled the door down and closed the drive thru window. He was actually looking at me while he is rolling it down!!!! Never apologized or said anything! So DAMN rude!!!! So I had to go park and go inside! I was PISSED when I got to the counter! Robbie saw me and picked up the phone like he was making a call and just held the phone receiver up to his ear the whole time I was there. Such a coward! No apologies! The female at the counter was sweet and apologetic for his actions. That’s why a one star was given. I told her what a rude and unprofessional j*** he was! Hopefully she passed it on to him. I will never be back in that store again !!! WTH!!! Does corporate not care or read reviews? That store manager and definitely the pharmacy manager should be fired!!!! Apparently a long time ago!!!! CVS in N Myrtle Beach totally sucks!!!!

Stand in line 25mins for one extremely slow cashier just to say, "Oh, we're out of that medicine". The single most popular and generic antibiotic in THE WORLD? "Yeah, MAYBE we'll get some tomorrow night"....Maybe, great, guess my child will just suffer another 24-48 hours...if I'm lucky. As if they didn't make enough money pushing the poisoning of America with their "vaccines"

Refused to give vaccine which I had an appointment for. Refused to even ask minute clinic to administer it. Also billed us for service not received. The insurance will not pay for vaccine because they think CVS already gave it. Do not use CVS for vaccine. They refuse to give vaccine but bill insurance for service they refused to give.

This location continually disappoints.Wife had a prescription sent here two weeks ago. Still waiting to be filled. She has run out and now has to wait until Monday (They say).We are moving our prescriptions to a different location after this.Not the first time this location has either "lost" a prescription or had trouble filling it.Pharmacy staff is just generally unhelpful and have no sense of urgency in getting prescriptions filled.CVS should be ashamed of themselves allowing this location to be so poorly managed.

The pharmacy department is the worst. In the last 3 days I have been on hold for a total of 1.5 hours and nobody has ever answered the phone. I have been trying to refill a prescription and it still hasn't been filled. This place sucks.

My husband dropped the prescription for my daughter’s medicine at 11am, we told that will be ready at 3pm. Not to mention that we are on vacation and we paid $150 dollars because they don’t take our insurance.(that’s not a problem) The problem is that we still have not medicine and pharmacy is already closed for the day. We call several times and none answer the phone.Not acceptable!
