We went to Cole's Jewelers today and we had a great experience, I had to replace my wedding ring and my wife had to replace her engagement ring.Wayne waited on us and was very professional, courteous, and patient. We both never felt rushed at all. For all your jewelry needs, I recommend coming to Cole's Jewelers in north Myrtle beach!

I went for an estimate to fix my ring. The owner was very pleasant and offered me a very fair price. I picked up my ring yesterday and they did a wonderful job. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Terrible place to buy jewelry.. they do not stand by their products. I purchased a ring and stones fell twice in one day. He blamed it on me, that I bent the prongs.

I have been to this jeweler on 3 occasions. And all three times I have been turned away because the owner cannot fix or repair what I needed to be done. .....he is like a leprechaun who never comes out from the back. You never see him or hear him.
I guess the only reason he stays open, is for the big bucks sales or repairs

We heard from Next Door Neighbor from many people that Cole’s was the place to go. I’m telling you to look no further. We only had minor repairs to make on a few nice watches (sizing). Decided to bring it there. The place is spotless. I believe the owner helped us. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and overall just a great man. He extended the watch links and engaged with us the whole visit. The watches were repaired on site as we waited. They made sure they fit properly and gave us an extremely fair price. I looked at a beautiful ring that was a carat and gave me an extremely fair price. Great place and the only jeweler I will go to. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend… Took my husband’s necklace in to be fixed he was horsing around and broke it in 3 places. Also purchased him a pendent to be placed in the center so had that done as well! they did an awesome job. Will definitely use them again.

Moved to the area recently and needed a ring sized. Cole's was great! Employees very personable and friendly. They do all their work in-house and I had ring back in a few days days. My new jeweler!

I took a ring to be worked into a pendant and another ring. Poor communication and it took four months to get both pieces. They both looked good but it took too long and I felt that to move diamonds from one setting to another, with the jeweler keeping the original setting, the ring price was high.

I received jewelry as a gift from this jewelry store. It was sent to me in 14k yellow gold (I only wear white gold or silver) Coles said they would exchange it for white gold .Recently I had the ring from Coles to be sized at my jeweler (In Connecticut) come to find out that the ring was 14k yellow gold coated in silver rhodium. I spent $80.00 to get that ring sized which I wouldnt have done if I knew it was yellow gold, Rhodium wears off after time, so now my ring is 1/2 14k yellow gold and 1/2 white rhodium, very upset. shady business practices

I received some jewelry from this store as a gift from my father. An Irish claddagh ring and a cross. It arrive to me in yellow gold, when I informed my father that I dont wear yellow gold (only white gold or silver) He said it was no problem exchanging it which he did. Recently I had the ring sized my jeweler informed my that the ring was dipped in rhodium. It was 14k yellow gold underneath, when I got the ring sized the rhodium melted off and I now have a i/2 a yellow gold ring and 1/2 a rhodium dipped ring. I paid $80.00 to have that ring sized for nothing, If I had known it was 14k YELLOW gold I wouldnt have bothered. Instead of exchanging the ring and cross for white gold, they dipped it in rhodium, which legally they are supposed to divulge that to the buyer. Very shady, and dissapointing

Was disappointed when the expected delivery date of my item had passed and I was never notified. After I contacted them they never called me back so I had to show up in person to resolve the issue.
