I love Chico’s clothing and stores. This one, however, not so much. I was in the store over 15 minutes. The clerks addressed other patrons, offered dressing rooms and not once even said hello to me. I put the over $100 worth of goods back and walked out. I went and supported other stores where the staff were amazing!

This store is the absolute nicest staff I've ever experienced at any Chico's. Friendly, helpful, but not pushy or hover over you. They also have a great selection to choose from. Wish I lived here, so I could shop there all the time. I visit the store every time we are here in the area (2-3 times per year).

2 weeks ago I visited the Chico’s Outlet at North Myrtle Beach, SC. Around 75% of my wardrobe is from Chico’s or Chico’s Outlet. I visit North Myrtle Beach, SC for vacation once a year. I always visit the outlet while there. I had on an outfit from Chico’s. Three salespeople were present. One salesperson said welcome to Chico’s. While looking around for 45 minutes, not one salesperson asked if I needed help. These ladies were standing around talking. And socializing with one another. Of course I left the store without a purchase. How disappointing!

90% of my wardrobe is Chico's. So to say that I am a Chico's girl would be an understatement. I went into the Chico's store at Barefoot Landing on Sunday 2/21, wearing a Chico's sweater and Chico's jeans, that were fairly new. (i mention that, because an Astute sales person would have recognized, that I was clearly a Chico's customer) The staff at the store, could have cared less that I was even in the store. One staff member was shopping for herself and asking other staff members what they thought. Two other staff members were checking out a couple of ladies, that were checking out together. I walked around the entire store, picking up a few items and was not asked about a dressing room. I was invisible. I put down the items and left the store. I am disappointed in the service. (btw, I had a Chico's giftcard in my wallet, that I had gotten for Christmas that I wanted to spend)

I feel this store had a better selection of clothing then the Outlet store, although the sale prices are still a bit high. Both locations had Very Nice and Very Welcoming Staff.

The store was supposed to be open until 6 PM. I walked in at 5:50 and felt very rushed because the lady immediately went to the door behind me and locked it so no more customers could enter. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular which I replied no. She then suggested a gift card. I was looking for a Christmas present not a piece of plastic. She could have let me look in peace. Horrible customer service.
