Chico's Off The Rack offers a great shopping experience for women's clothing. The store is bright and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the quality of the clothing and find the sizing to be perfect. Although the business no longer does online sales, many loyal shoppers have enjoyed visiting the store and commend the manager for creating a pleasant atmosphere.
I was so disappointed to hear that they are not doing online sales anymore. So many people are not lucky enough to live near a Chico's outlet store.

I have shopped at Chico’s Off The Rack for many years and I am very impressed with how the store looked when I dropped by Jan 2025. The store looked so light and bright and the employees were cheerful and very helpful. Pam the manager has really done a great job with this store and is always very pleasant!
