Dead baby sharks - a whole rack displayed dead baby sharks, enclosed in glass, for sale. Just when we wonder how much more evil people can be. Hermit crabs shouldn't be sold like this either. Came in to buy five hoodies and swimsuits. Saw this and left.

Merch was incredibly old, broken and just sad looking. All the hermit crabs were dead!! :( the lady at the counter was nice though so that's the only reason for more than 1 star

With all the beachwear options this one has to be the best! Huge selection and you can't beat the customer service. The manager (maybe owner?) Is the kindest! She was so sweet to my 6 year old son.

My wife purchased a shirt form this store this week, and found it had a hole in it when we got back to our hotel. Upon attempting to return it, the older lady at the register tells us in a short rude voice "we don't give refunds, go get another one." My wife went to get another one, but there were no other in the same size. The woman refused to give a refund, and just said again "no refunds, go get something else instead." She didn't even apologize once for selling us a damaged product. This is the worst service we have ever seen. They obviously get so much tourist traffic being open at a popular beach front that they don't need to do anything to help out a customer when they fail to deliver a quality product. It's understandable they couldn't take refunds on beach chairs or umbrellas, items people could easily borrow for a few days as needed and then return, but a shirt the was clearly damaged with all tags still on it is outrageous. Do not go to this place at all, or if you do, proceed with extreme caution. We will never be back.

Very rude cashier at Possum Trott rd and hwy 17.....was very very hateful. I will never shop at that store again.
