Worst company in the world in my opinion. Had one of there techs come to install our direct TV and he mounted the satellite in the middle of our roof! Drilled a hole through our widow sill! Broke our bedroom blind and on top of that tried to hide it along with leaving his mess after drilling! We decided to cancel services all together within an hr got a hold of his supervisor and he stated that he’s had 3 complaints already and he also stated that they were going to replace and fix the issues here it is a month later and we haven’t seen anyone and keep getting the run around! Also only giving a one star cause it won’t let me post if I don’t rate! Very very unprofessional place..

Placed an order to move the existing receiver 1 mile away, and to install a 4k receiver as an extra receiver. Called 2x to verify what work was to be done. Took the tech 2 days to complete because he did not have the added 4k receiver. Now to find out that I can not watch the SUPER BOWL 2/2/2020 in 4k because he did not install the correct receiver. The tech and I had a conversation about me watching the big game in 4k on channel 105 for the first time and he never listened to what I was saying. Because he install (Michael) a regular receiver. The order was built wrong by AT & T but it could have been corrected on site during the install. Also the dish on the roof was not grounded. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they never replied.

We have tried three times to get someone out here for our Direct tv. He was a no show the first time. A no show the second time and then showed up on a Saturday Not even two weeks later the dish he moved again doesn’t not work. Had to wait for him 12-4. I had to leave my job in order to meet these hours. I called three times making sure he was coming All three times they said he was and we will give him your number and he can let you know a nailed down time. He never called and never showed! I lost money waiting on him. Again!!!!! Direct Tv sucks! Signal is HORRIBLE!!! If it rains it will go out. Their contractors at Barefoot communications are EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE!!!! Love to give a NEGATIVE STAR
