I was really surprised when going into this branch to purchase foreign currency. I was treated as a valued customer on Monday ordering and Wednesday picking up. I was truly reluctant to go there because of reviews. But very thankful everyone knew what I needed and were very courteous! I do not often do reviews because people should do there job, we are always fast with bad reviews and that is why I posted.

I walked into this Branch to make enquiries about opening a new bank account. As soon as I entered the door to the banking area I was met by a woman (appears to have seen me coming into the bank) who asked me what I am here for. Which I felt it was very unusual to be asked what you are here for in a bank even before you finish entering the area. I told the woman I am was there to make enquiries about the account types they have and how I can open one. I did not fully finish what I was saying but the woman cut me short and asked me to provide 2 forms of ID even before she let me talk to the manager in charge of accounts, I insisted I want to make enquiries first but this woman adamantly told me I can’t talk to the manager in charge of account opening unless I provide her with 2 forms of ID. I felt rushed and offended. I reluctantly gave her the 2 ID’s and she held it as if I was a criminal under scrutiny. She then led me to another employee while standing next to the employee. The employee flipped through almost all my passport pages in a scrutinising way. After she was satisfied, I told her want I am there for which she spoke and responded to my questions as if I was a nuisance and eventually asked me to go and open my account with Well Fargo bank. Their conduct was very unprofessional and I felt very degraded. Don’t go to this branch unless you want to be treated like trash.

I see there have been negative reviews, but I have to say they were steller with my issue. The branch manager, Nick, really helped me with correcting Columbian pesos I had purchased. The 1st order came to my home, but the package was empty. No pesos, so I reordered and when I came to the branch, Nick counted all the money to make sure it was right. Thanks Nick !!!

Jannett has the best customer service by Far! She’s very friendly and efficient!! We don’t always get the best service at this location, but when we do, it’s with Jannett!!

Middle of golf season and this branch has no cash 3pm on a weekday according to teller she only have $500. What a joke, better close down if cant be prepared. Zero stars. Also a long wait to figure this out

This place is ridiculous. I have never seen a bank like it. You deposit a check “there’s a hold”. Yeah, no kidding. Then all of a sudden the hold magically changes from what the teller tells you to even more of a hold! What is a 10 day hold for a check! Yep…. Happened twice! As soon as the holds are done, I will encourage my daughter to take her business elsewhere! Never in all of my years has it taken a check 10 days to clear! And I will cut up my Bank of America credit cards too because I would not want this bank to make one cent off of me!

Super helpful staff! No wait, very efficient managers. I came in to make a deposit and didn't even have my account number, and was in and out in about ten minutes.

We needed to replace a car that was totalled in an accident.Applied for a loan on a Tuesday morning.As of the following Friday it hadn't even been processed.There was no sense of urgency from any of the staff.I asked the BOA loan department to cancel my application to protect my credit score.They refused.So, I went to the car dealer of choice and was approved at a similar interest rate in 10 minutes!PS: We love the replacement car and learned that the BOA application had finally been approved on the following Saturday.Too late.

Inside was closed with a security guard inside coming to the door with a mask on being very rude turning people away telling them to use the drive thru even after all the covid 19 restrictions were lifted for South Carolina. Looks like its time to switch banks.

Bank still won't let walk-ins even after mask mandates have been eased. I have been a BOfA member for 9 years. I can't make large business transactions from a window. Poor customer service. You would do yourself a favor if you bank at Krispy cream accross the street. Do not bank with BOf A unless you want to waist your time.

Drive thru is usually quick and easy.. Tellers are friendly and efficient. Mostly now I use the ATM which is fast.
