Jackie & Ron were extremely helpful. Jackie was very cognizant of our budget and did everything in her power to get me quality furniture (which is all they sell) within my limits. We got beautiful items for a fair price. And her patience and demeanor were outstanding. Best place to go!!! No pressure, very accommodatingLoved our experience!! Going back next time!

My wife and I visited this store Labor Day to buy a replacement chair for our condo. Jacquelyn, the store manager was working alone. She was quite helpful and patient despite having no additional help. (She was waiting for someone with a 2 hour drive to arrive to assist her.) We bought the chair and an additional piece with 3 seats, returned in about 45 minutes, and she helped load the items on our pickup truck, all the while worried that everything was packed sufficiently that there would be no shifting and subsequent damage to the items! This lady sure went above and beyond today! God bless you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Employees like this are the bedrock of any successful business. Don’t ever let this one get away.

After accepting the fact that it would cost me $150 to have a chair delivered 2.5 miles away, I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. After spending all day waiting 2 days later (they could not give me a specific time), I called and was told that my delivery would be an additional 3 days later. Need to work on customer service! I will not buy anything there again.

Many pieces damaged upon delivery caused multiple deliveries. Poorly managed and only responded when corporate customer service was called. Very disappointing experience.
