Ray W. was incredible! We are from Indiana and have had the worst car luck this week. While looking for something for dinner our car began smoking. We pulled into autozone and Ray was so kind and eager help us. He was able to grab tools and help us fix our problem! His kindness and helpfulness in our worst situation was such a positive light. He had such a knowledge of the issue and how to fix it. The other gentleman in there was helping another customer fix his car next to us. I didn't catch his name but he was very knowledgeable as well. This autozone has great employees. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Ray W.!

If you have auto needs go to AutoZone, store 4944 in North Myrtle Beach and ask for Jared B.. He was very respectful, had excellent customer service, personable, and he’s very knowledgeable! I needed a battery and Jared found the best and most affordable one (and installed it too)! He was the only person working the floor but he still acknowledged customers coming into the store. You have a good one AutoZone! I hope you appreciate him! I know I do!

Made a visit to Auto Zone in North Myrtle Beach on Saturday April the 27th. I was greeted by the manager John with a smile and a positive attitude. He diagnosed my check engine light and was a pleasure to do business with. It’s nice to know there’s still real customer service out in this crazy world we live in. Thanks again John…keep being you my friend!

I just visited AutoZone in NMB. What a great and easy experience! The manager just happened to be the one who help me with replacing windshield wipers. He was very upbeat and courteous. Made suggestions and didn't push me to buy the most expensive. I will for sure go there again when I need car parts/supplies. Big ?

I needed a new battery for my Jeep. I called Jared at AutoZone and when I arrived, he had my battery ready to install for me. I needed new wiper blades and he helped me with those and put them on for me. John even offered to give us a soda on our way out!! Very nice people and exceptional service.

Andrew, is ABSOLUTE an AMAZING salesman. I walked in the store with all attentions of pricing the suggested parts that I needed. Instead, I walked out the store with EVERYTHING I needed and more. Steve works at North Myrtle Beach location. He did a fantastic job of changing out my battery and wiper blades. He was very curtious and respectful during my purchase. I would recommend him and this store location!
