Highly recommend working with Nathan at the Zales outlet in Charleston, SC. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Made the entire experience 10x better. Cannot recommend him enough!

Matthew was phenomenal. I was missing a diamond from my wedding ring and super nervous about the process of getting it replaced. As soon as I walked in the building, Matthew greeted me, eased my mind and reassured me that everything was going to be OK. It was a pleasure experiencing great customer service!!

Best experience and confirmation why we choose Zales as a company. The gentleman helping us (I can’t remember his name), was thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with our experience. We were there for to purchase a couple pieces, however he went the extra mile to educate us on our current pieces that we were wearing in store, even items that didn’t come from their store. Great experience!

Came into the store today to possibly upgrade my wedding ring. Heather was great to work with. She was very patient as I tried on everything in the store, lol. Also, Heather was not pushy at all like some salesmen are and made me feel very comfortable. If you shop here ask for Heather, she'll make your shopping experience even better!
