David was amazing!!!! He made sure to take care of me quickly while ensuring all the other customers were in line to be helped. He got me a new modem and figured out my service without an appointment. He was super kind! We had pleasant small talk about his wife (who is a physicalist, doing the lords work!) while he helped me. The in app trouble shooting via chat is not the same story. I still do not have wifi ??♀️

I wanted to take the time to recognize one of the employees that works in the North Charleston office, Kory Decembre. He was so courteous, polite and professional. Long story short my husband needed a new phone and we needed a tracking number sent to us asap. Kory was very understanding on the reason why we needed this done and on a holiday, followed up with both my husband and myself. He continued to follow up with us until we received the phone. Please give him a raise and big thank you!!

Highly disappointed. Came in person in January to return equipment and cancel my acct due to moving where a different provider was used. Was assured the account was closed until i got a notice via email that my service was never losed but I just disconnected for non payment. Ridiculous since I havent used since January.

This was the WORST experience ever. I came in the store after calling the xfinity number over 10 times and being directed that I needed to come in store. Due to me being in the military, my home location did not have a xfinity store so we traveled here for assistance. When here I was helped by a lady name Jessica who said I needed to call the xfinity number to be helped. I stayed in store out of frustration of having to deal with this and called. Then the rep said they should be able to help. I proceeded to ask the manager for assistance. THAT WAS THE WORST. The manager Jordan said he couldn’t assist me because I had an out of state address. He didn’t ask for a number, look up an account, or even asked for my name. How do you know you can’t pull up the account without any information? I have traveled to many states and they were able to pull up my account! I will be sending in an official complaint to my contacts at corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

If I could give infinity a 0 I would. I bought the 1200 MPS package so I would have enough power to play online games with my friends. I cant even do that. My download speed is 13MPS and cant even join a game without getting disconnected. Worst internet service I have ever experienced

Very disappointed. My husband passed away and his name was on the bill and the wanted all payment that was due or disconnected Services. We had them for 8 years but, no more now.
