The WoW internet service is far better than the alternatives here. Techs are just one notch above terrible though. But who doesn't like cables run across the floor of your bedroom after being installed on the wrong wall?

Started off good but now the internet is malfunctioning everywhere day. They say there is nothing wrong and refuse to replace any equipment. Our bill is always over $300 without any explanation. Honestly looking for another provider after 3 years bc this is ridiculous
