When I comes to bank. This young man have very good service. Yall are very lucky to have a special customer service person. I was a manager for 40 years. I'm old and disabled now. But I would have him any time. He makes my visits great and happy. Mr. Cody.

I frequently visit this branch location and love the people there especially the Branch Manager, Thyanne. Her and the team go above and behind all my banking needs. They help me out tremendously. I tell all of my family and friends about this branch location.

This bank is amazing. Tyenne and Gabby were super friendly, professional, and made me extremely comfortable. Not only did I open a checking account, but also a joint account with my husband. I highly recommend Woodforest Bank and especially the Tanger Outlet location.

I wish I could give zero starts I have never had a bank so dumb in my entire life this bank is a rip off run I'm currently looking for a new bank now this bank has taken so much money from me!! you call and they say you have a certain amount in your account but when you use the money you get a over draft fee the lady told me well you have to keep up what whatever your spending i told her but I called! she said I'm sorry I can't refund the over draft fee , and when I went to the bank they told me I have to call the number on the back they can't help me just sad save your self sometime and don't bank with these ppl

I'm a account holder for a little over a year and I went in a couple of weeks ago to change my account and their computer was down, no big deal stuff happens. So I went back in today to get my account changed over and the person behind the counter told me they couldn't change my account that was a back office thing, I knew it was BS but didn't have time or patience to argue with her so I said ok and left! I went to the other branch inside the Walmart off Ashley Phosphate Rd, lady behind the counter was very very pleasant and helpful told me upfront to bear with her she's only did it once or twice, it took maybe 15-20 mins tops and she had me changed over so don't go to the Center Ponte one go to the one off Ashley Phosphate save you time, hassle and a headache

Been with them for over a decade but canceling both of my accounts before the end of the year due to absorbent fees and extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Branch Manager Shivers needs some serious training because I don’t think she even knows the meaning of the words customer service. In person and over the phone just absolutely RUDE and disagreeable. Go to any other branch - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

My account has been locked called so many times they are not even 24 hours!! So the customer service line is suppose to open at 8 and I’m calling and calling and it’s still saying that they are close one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with!! My bills are due and I can’t even access my money and I keep calling and it’s still close!!

The staff at this bank are lazy as ever. Arrived 45 minutes before closing to fix my account and have them reopen it. When I explained what I wanted to do, the woman in the back who I assume is the manager says “Oh we not doing that today. It’s almost 6pm”. Looking at my watch it was 5:17pm. She then says I can come back tomorrow at 10am. Why? I’m here now and the bank isn’t closed for another 42 minutes?Why is it so hard for people to do the job they applied for and get paid for? How hard is it to reopen the account that I have all the information for? Plus you stand around talking for another 15 minutes not doing anything.This bank stops work early for those planning to visit this location.

Manager was extremely rude too me, wasted my time and then the next day my account was somehow "lockedout" fire that man before his karma cost you this location!

The employees have always treated me with respect and been friendly. Kyle was the one I first met and opened my account. He was friendly and very helpful. I have been with this bank for quite some time and have no intentions of going anywhere else.
