“The presentation of this store is amazing from the moment you step in. The staff warmly greet you and show you around, and one of the first things that catches your eye is an old-school Buick car body protruding from the wall. I particularly appreciate that the owner is a local Charleo native who has a deep understanding of the surrounding communities and their history. “Super organized store and it had plenty to choose from. I am finding most of the clothing stores are either sparsely stocked or have juniors clothing, mostly. The Loft employee was helpful but definitely gave me space to shop, without hovering. I like everything I bought and would definitely come back.”
“We were passing by after closing when my son and I spotted something we liked. We pointed at it and moved on as we knew it was late. Andrew, Tristan and Jovani came out and invited us in to look at the item closer, even though that meant they had to stay late. They were super sweet and helpful! “I was given gift cards to Chicos by friends after a medical condition caused me to lose a lot of weight. I had no idea what size I was or what would look good on me. The clerks here went above and beyond to help me find my size and colors that would carry me into fall. “Great atmosphere! There are tons of different throw blankets attached to the ceiling. We had a hard time finding Simpsons stuff for Christmas. They had a Simpsons throw that was perfect. The lady who got it down was more than helpful. Also told us you buy one, get one half off.”

“They always have lots of neat clothes and the prices are great! I think they have something for everyone from teenagers through 50+! I love to shop there and I go to their store at the outlet mall too! I do miss being able to try on this is shoppers worst nightmare having to return a bunch of stuff! I think it would be better for covid if we tried things on and left them at the store then to take them home!”

“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them. I'll definitely be returning to take advantage of their great products and deals!”

She took into account the lighting of my wedding and what my colors would look like indoors and outdoors. She was always prompt on responding as well.
