I'm disappointed with the service I received at this location. I walked in, and there’s a teller and a drive-thrubank member, which was fine. Within 5 minutes, more people came in. The drive-thru bank member suggested that if we were not getting a bank draft that she could help us in the drive-thru. Wait, what? I looked around and saw there were three other bank members sitting their cubicles, with no customers. I'm confused because they're not busy and the lobby was open and we chose to come inside. None of us left, we waited our turn. I had never experienced that before. Oh, I don't want to forget to mention that two minutes after that, she came over from drive-thru to assist. Really?!

Customer service is actually not bad within some of the workers but there was this one worker who yelled at this hispanic guy just because he didn’t understand what she was saying. It was actually disgusting to see instead of having patience and trying to be calm. Some other people around tried to help him. Not everyone can speak English it’s just basic respect and decency for other people. Truly disappointed seeing that people especially workers can’t have basic working skills. You go nowhere in life if you can’t handle your anger or attitude in a workplace.

The ATM machine didn’t work so I had to walk inside. The customer service sucks. I wasn’t greeted and Eileen the cashier greeted someone and took care of someone who walked in the door as I was in line for 20 minutes waiting patiently! I will never visit again! Parking lot is too small and confusing.

Worst customer service in the world. After getting snapped at by the teller because I pulled into the drive-through after reading the drive-through hours were 9 AM to noon. She proceeded to point out that the light was not on there for the drive-through was closed. Like I was 10 years old. I just moved to town and I was going to open up an account but she ruined the entire experience and I will go someplace else with a little better customer service. Perfect example of if you don’t like your job … Go work someplace else.

A teller named Amanda was very rude. She does a stupid smirk when asked with a question and act like you’re dumb for asking that question. I will never go back to this wells fargo.

Know the locals. Once you have a better understanding when non-English speaking groups or when SSI collectors are banking then you can plan accordingly. This has made my monthly/bi-monthly banking experiences painless. And finally, show the tellers and representatives some respect and they respond, in kind, threefold. Be nice! To Wells Fargo, thanks for everything, y'all work hard and I acknowledge that.

Waited in line for 40 minutes to drop off a deposit for my business. When I got to the window, it was 5:04 and the woman told me she didn't feel like counting the deposit and that I had to use the night drop. This after I waited patiently in line for 40 minutes. This is why I never use WF for my personal banking, they suck. TD all the way!
