The ATMS are 8 out of 10 times not in working order. Unable to get cash or deposit money. This morning a homeless guy was living in the outside enclosed ATM. When I pulled up he was urinating in the bushes beside the ATM. I would avoid this location.

This branch makes me thank God I’m leaving Charleston. There’s no way the ATM never has cash. I go to the drive through during business hours they are closed. Now I have to take my new born out and come in to deposit $80.00. I’m making a review because it seems to be something that keeps happening. Latest time is last night. Makes me hate banking.

Do not use drive through ATM. I was told by branch they have nothing to with that ATM. I call customer service and was told because I'm not a member they couldn't help me, but to contact my bank with whom the debit card is through. I'm like I'm the customer, you can't help me, but my bank is going to have to call you, which is Chime and their customer service isn't much better. So I'm hoping what happens is the money I never received, will be refunded. Somehow these ATM when they have NO VASH, they need to automatically say that before you insert your card. Not let you complete a whole transaction then say no cash available and then still deduct from your account. I see why Wells Fargo stay having lawsuits. It's not that hard Wells Fargo to do the right thing!!!

I won’t recommend Wells Fargo to anyone I know I will always remember each issue that I have an the way they handled it how much inconvenience it was to me as the customer . I have banked with them for almost 5 years this is the last month because this is the third fraudulent activity in 6 mos be careful and just use a credit Union they have to be better then Wells Fargo .

I walked in as a young black male carrying over 5 grand and wanted to open up a banking account to deposit the money in. I was quickly turned around by the blatant disrespect I had experienced by the older African American male with glasses working as a banker. He explained the different accounts to me and became enraged when I asked more questions "do you understand that?" He replied to me. I pushed that aside and continued the process. The point where I walked out of the bank is when he told me "we have to make sure you are serious about this account" Why wouldn't I be serious about opening up a regular checking and savings account?.. In all my life I have never been treated with such disrespect at a BANK.

Will never return to this branch, I'll travel across the bridge to mount pleasant even though I work right by this location. I simply go to ask if I can exchange coins and I get they could not verify an account for me, but the teller had a nasty look on her face before I even spoke. She sees me with a box full of heavy change no hello no how are you doing. I never get asked for my account info at the location in mount pleasant but I guess this branch is not used to that level of customer service. It's the small things that matter to people when we go to these establishments, treat us like we matter to you. She was a terrible example of that.

Had such a great experience at Wells Fargo this morning. Our banker was Sejal and she was excellent! You can tell she loves her job. She was very helpful, and she was very friendly. Thank you Sejal! :)
