I delivered to them a while back for my job and when I walked in I was very impressed with how it was set up . So I needed a specialty bolt that nobody had near me ( like big box stores ) I remembered them and thought I'd give them a try to see if they had it , pretty sure they did and I needed it this weekend cause I wanted to complete my project . Walked in and was greeted right away by several people filling the shelves and lots of staff behind the counter . I was there about 5 to 10 min total . Of course they had what I needed and the price was great , screw big box I'll go outta my way for great service . So if your in need of a specialty item they just might have the part or tool your looking for . Give them a try , I'll definitely go back .

It's what Fastenal once was. Awesome counter service, big ol selection of fasteners and a lot of handy tools.
There's a $20 minimum order, which isn't so bad. They encouraged me to call ahead with a more varied order next time, but with good prices and selection it's not hard to find $17 extra stuff to go with your brutally hard-to-find metric bolts

I’m a boat captain and was doing a repair on a steering system on a 200 mercury OptiMaxx and needed for fine thread bolts went to numerous boat places in Charleston South Carolina and a hardware could not find the bolts called another fastener company and they recommended Warren fasteners. Joe from West Ashleigh to North Charleston met sales rep named Gary Burkhart. He had the four bolts but they have a minimum order of 25 bucks and the four bolts only came to $.76. I told him I’d look around to find something to buy, and he said Here you go have a great day. Excellent customer service. The store is very clean and very well stocked if I need any more type of bolts or fasteners, including decking, screws, etc. warm fasteners will be my first and only choice.

As a Charleston native I have visited this store many times over years for specialty items that would normally have to be ordered. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I would highly recommend.

Needed a special metric nut for a 1971 Honda bike and Harlan took the time to really search for what I needed but couldnt find the exact one. He then gave me the closest one he could find and gave it to me as a sample to try. Great guy and great experience. Highly recommend!!!!!

Warren fastenings offers tremendous service and every time I’ve been in I’ve needed a very specific fastener that they’ve been able to find or match for me. Always a pleasure working with the guys at the counter who have always been willing to help me quickly. Much better than wondering around aimlessly through the big box store.
