This review is strictly for the pharmacy and NOT the store, which is amazing.
The pharmacists and techs exhaust me. I dread picking up meds here because they act superior, disaproving, and judgy when getting a controlled med. Doesn't matter if you have been on it half your life, they treat you as if everything you do is an attempt to become a drug lord. They are rude, unhelpful, and have a surprising lack of compassion. The female pharmacist will not speak with customers on the phone about a medication issue. So when I ask questions to the tech, she is obviously annoyed.
My last visit was no different and the reason for this review. Pharmacy told me one thing and the next day I was told the opposite only because different staff were there. They outright refused to honor what I was originally told. The tech handling this hung up on me and when I called back she seemed even more annoyed. When I finally could get the med I went through the drive thru. The same tech was there and said not word to me. Literally no exchange of words.
For people who got into the pharmacy business they sure seem miserable. I hope they find jobs they like so they will stop picking on their patients. I transferred my meds to a pharmacy that I know does not treat patients like trash.
Pick another pharmacy.

Went to fill a prescription here and the ladies behind the counter were rude and short with me even though I was only one of two people patiently waiting in line. When I got to the counter every question I had was met with frustration as if my needing medical aid was the end of their fragile world. Will never return and I will be telling everyone I know about this.

I was in extreme pain, and i was asking the women in pharmacy to help me out, recommend some medicine that will help with the pain but they gave me an attitude and all three of them were "busy" while only one was on the phone

All three females in pharmacy should be stripped of their job, horrible attitude they were acting like they were forced there, like they didn’t have to pick this profession if they didn’t want it.

Today I pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy window two minutes before closing and the tech pulled down the window shade in my face without a word. I rang the buzzer and she curtly said, “we’re already closed.” I had called ahead to make sure I could get my prescription because I needed to take it immediately and she wasn’t going to give it to me. A pharmacist walked in and only agreed to give me my prescription after I complained. The tech did the transaction without speaking, glaring at me. I said it was rude to close the window on me two minutes before closing (which was one hour earlier than what was posted online) when I really needed my medicine. She interrupted shaking her head, rolled her eyes, said “I was already closed” and walked away. Taking my business to a different pharmacy.

Always friendly, know me by name and I feel like they genuinely care for my family and I. We are moving and I just want this group of people to know I appreciate how hard they work!

Was in line at 7:50pm to just get a water and a soda, when it got to me, the last in line, the girl said she was closing up and to go to pharmacy to check out. After 10 mins at pharmacy and inconviencing them and me. Im on my way out and saw the girl hadn't closed and still was taking people and had a big line.

My husband went to pick up my daughter's script and they told him they didn't have it. I went down there, got it, and asked them why they told my husband they didn't have. They said they hadn't talked to him and he must have went to the wrong pharmacy. Husband said it was the pharmacist with the cat tattoo on her arm. That happened to be one of the pharmacist there.

This particular walgreens is awful. Workers there discriminate you. Managers do not care at all and lie to you. Go to a different walgreens or CVS across the street. After 10 years of coming here, I'm done.

Wouldn’t let me drop off my fedex package because they said it was to big. Which it was not. Already had a label too. Went to another Walgreens and they took it with no issue. Thanks for wasting my time.
