If I could give this Walgreens a negative star I would. This review is for the pharmacy. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy EVER!!! The staff is ok, however I don’t know who the manager is or whom ever makes the decisions but they should be in jail! How do you decide to close down the pharmacy the whole weekend, without notice, when people desperately need their medication? That should be illegal. I am on seizure medication. I call to have my prescription filled, but the day it’s supposed to be ready the pharmacy closed! This is the third weekend in a row that this has happened. I have been using this pharmacy for going on seven years since I moved to Charleston. Ever since Covid this pharmacy has seriously gone down the crapper! I know I can call another Walgreens within my area, but the issue is with my particular medication sometimes it has to be ordered and not all Walgreens have it in stock at the moment I need it if the Walgreens I mostly frequent is closed at the drop of a hat. So what am I supposed to do if I’m completely out of medicine, because the pharmacy can’t fill the prescription until a certain day? I guess I’ll just have a seizure! I do know apparently this Walgreens pharmacy doesn’t give two ishes in the wind! Just horrible!

Good afternoon people of Charleston SC.
This review is based off of a recent experience from the photo counter where team leads didn’t want to help there members of the team at 1st. Took 45 minutes to print one photo off of their machine just for them to cut the edges off with scissors and leave about 100 greasy fingerprints on the photo. Don’t know what kind of business they are running but do not buy your photos from this place!

Want an efficient and kind and reliable pharmacy? We go to CVS, not Walgreens and especially not this Walgreens. I've been a customer there for years and I'm glad I finally am leaving there. If you're looking for true professionals, go elsewhere.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Went to pick up a FedEx package and FedEx AND Apple both are saying it's at the facility. Staff obviously didn't scan it in and after the laziest effort to look for a package I've ever seen determined that the package is not there. I literally have tracking info saying "TENDERED AT FEDEX ONSITE FACILITY" which means it arrived and no one seems to know where it went. 3 staff members having zero clue about my $1300 package is alarming and so unprofessional. And then the audacity to continue to say "it's not here" without checking because "it's not showing as here in the system" because y'all didn't scan it in! Will never do this again with Walgreens and still have not found my package. What a joke

I feel terrible for the staff here. I'm sure it's because of corporate, but they are criminally understaffed, I mean that literally -- you should just steal from this store. It would be faster to get arrested, pay your fine, and be home with your bag of Doritos than wait in that line for one of the two people running the entire store to check you out.

I wish I could have given them 0zero stars. I just drove from remount rd location which says it closes at 9 to this one which it says closes at 10 but it's 931 and they are closed.

Rude and unprofessional, the older manager with the dark blond hair is very ill-mannered. The staff told me around 10am to come back later to get my son’s passport photos taken. I came back at 5:30 and they said they were closed, online it pays the photo center is open until 10pm. The service here is disappointing and unpleasant.

This locations photo department is the worst!! On two separate occasions I’ve put in orders and I would call them almost 24 hours after placing my order wondering why its not finished just to find out they don’t have the resources to complete it. Both times, if I never called them nothing would have ever happened.

London was very helpful and made my experience at ease. It’s so hard to find baby formula nowadays BUT London went the extra mile to check the back room for more baby formula!! Great customer service!!

Awesome employees. Super helpful Absolutely the worst document printing service I’ve ever used. Add an email-to print service and make it work with iPhones at all!!! Absolute trash that it took me half an hour print a three page doc
