Thank you to the management & staff of Smith ~ McNeal Funeral Homes.
They did an amazing job from the preparation of my brother (he looked just like our mom) down to the professionalism of the staff at the planning and services.
Gerv & the young man displayed outstanding professionalism throughout the entire day of the services.
They were patient, poised and comforting during our grief.
Hats off to you Bryan for the trainings you have instilled in these young men as well as your professionalism with the family.
You're highly recommended on my behalf.
Thank You~
Yasmin, TreVaun, Nakita, Jackie & family members!

For the sake of my family, I will not go into details but what I will say is this is a crooked funeral home.

I recommend this funeral home to everyone!!! They are a class A act. Professional and Caring. During this pandemic time how crucial that is! They had masks if anyone needed them. Extra chairs if anyone needed it (like me). They were compassionate and caring to the people’s needs. I felt like I got royalty treatment! It surpassed any expectation I ever had of a funeral home. Thank you and God bless!

This is a bad time for families dealing with death first off, but to have to endure insensitivity from the group of people you entrust their final care to- is too much. There was no wreath for the door, no tent outside, no chairs for additional seating inside, the coffin was dusty at walkthrough and service, and the topper- the grave was dug the night before, and now is full of water. At no time did the owner or member of staff come in person to express any form of apologies. We understand we are in a pandemic, but mask up and show the family an inch of concern. Several people came to the house to let us know there was dust on the coffin- a white one. Who doesn't see that? Mrs. Williams 1 daughter had to endure service on one day, and come back on another for burial. It's business for them, but personal for us. We hope no other family is subjected to such insensitivity.
