Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.

Husband and I wanted to see how to get on the same plan. The lady just gave us a card and told us to call the number and basically told us to screw off and figure it out ourselves. Left to go to another location. Definitely not coming back.

Ordered a new phone online for store pickup. Once my email notification was received i travelled to the store, parked in the designated "Curbside pickup spot" (There are 2 by the way) and then checked in on the My Verizon app as instructed. I was met about 10 minutes later but a Verizon representative who verified my license to ensure i was who i said i was, she provided my product and i was on my way. The transaction was seamless and i couldn't have been more happier with the experience.

The gentleman who worked there was great! There were issue swapping numbers and took longer than usually. We ended up leaving an hour after their closing time and was not able to swap the numbers and told that within 24hrs that the number would be swapped. That didn't happen but he made sure to be on top of it for us! Thank you!

Went here with my parents so my mom could get her new phone set up. Mr. Ivan came over to help us. Vary helpful, very kind, very knowledgeable. Great personality. We we're having some trouble with transferring and he didn't give up. He stayed with us, was very patient. Got everything set up and good to go. We loved him. If y'all go to this Verizon store make sure to get Mr. Ivan. You will leave there very happy

My parents and I stopped in to check out an iPhone XR and iPad promotion. The wait time isn't awful but it does take a while to be seen by a representative. The customer service is lacking. Our representative was arrogant and a little condescending. He also seemed a little rushed and like we were wasting his time--looking at his watch throughout our time there. Good customer service should be the standard but clearly it's not. I don't plan on coming back to this location.

Told one thing, another was done! Woke up an extra three hours to pick up two phone because I was told that I could do so. And drive 45 mins sitting in traffic to walk out with no phones and second guessing my choice to switch over to Verizon! Smh not off to a good start!

Been there twice to check my phone is not working. Both times the wait is short and the customer service is outstanding. More reason on why I love being a Verizon customer

This place is a shining example of HOW NOT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! 1 Star because ZERO is not an option! I showed up to conduct routine bi yearly maintenance on the cell phone account(s) and these assholes had the audacity to tell me to wait outside in the heat and they would take my personal information whenever the crowd died down. I was not EVEN allowed inside to speak to my regular sales / account manager. Remember folks I have been with Verizon in some form for years since The Bell and Vodafone Merger........When a phone was a phone only most of you are not even old enough to remember that LOL. They have made probably 100 times what all the people in the lot spent over the years on me alone! In shock I politely asked what the problem was and they told me that all the people outside (herded around like farm animals) were waiting for the new I Phone 6. It was like BLACK FRIDAY in September! Unreal! I said thats fine I have absolutely no interest in any Apple (Garbage) and require to only discuss my business with my regular sales / account manager. I was told I had to wait. (because the Farm Animals needed their Apples first) (Samsung Rules)(Android is best)(Apple SUCKS) I called on the phone for the store manager and they would not transfer me. I walked away. The Rivers Avenue crew can go straight to the fire below and rot. YOU DON'T TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!!!! If you read this PLEASE AVOID THESE RUDE IDIOTS AND GO TO SUMMERVILLE in front of Lowes. They also have a Starbucks next door! I bought for my sales person as a tip after the horrible experience on Rivers! SUMMERVILLE - BRAVO JOB WELL DONE!

I went to this store trying to purchase a new phone. They did not have the color I wanted in stock. The sales rep gave me his card and told me to check back with him in a couple of days. I called back in a couple of days and was placed on hold for 15 minutes while they "looked" for the employee I was working with "He might be with a customer". They then picked up the phone and placed me on hold for another 15 minutes . When they picked up the phone again, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said the employee was at lunch and i explained what I was calling about. The manager then said they could have ordered the phone when I was there. He then told me I should come back to order the phone. I asked him to pass my contact info to the employee. I kid you not the employee texted me the next day saying "sorry they still didn't have any in stock. I went to the Cellular Sales authorized sales store in Goose Creek. They had three of the devices in stock and helped me keep my unlimited data plan.
