I visited today and genuinely had such a pleasant interaction with the clerk. Honestly, it is one of the best customer service I've experienced in a while! She helped me with such ease, I was in and out there before I knew it! I would definitely come back to this location.

WORST SERVICE EVER !! Stated they attempted to deliver a package when three people (including me) were home at the house, and I was tracking the package via Amazon. They want me to travel 20 miles to the post office to pick up. Obvious they made no attempt to deliver whatsoever. AND, NO, THE PACKAGE DID NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

Kay is wonderful! I always go there instead of the main post office. She is always cheerful, helpful and you never have to stand in line for a significant amount of time. Thanks Kay!

The older lady in here is the best person ever! She’s amazing and she helped me with everything I needed help with. I’ve been trying to get these prepaid tracking labels for a month and no post office has been able to help me. She was able to give me a full bag of them so I can utilize my stamps that I spent $1000s of dollars on when they were 55 cents before the price rose to what is now 73 cents today. I’m very very happy. She deserves recognition for her amazing customer service and ability to help me when 3 other post offices couldn’t

The lady working was the absolute best, helped a lady in front of me save money by suggesting a different packaging and helped me get the best package for keeping my documents safe compared to the method I was going to use before for the same price.

This place is stupid. The USPS person returned to her home before 5 pm and left a tax person who told you he knew nothing about mailing and asked you to come back again tomorrow. Awful experience.

This is like a Tax office that also does postal service. I live in G.C. but drive here only because the lady is soo much more helpful and patient than the actual post office. Not all of us know what to do before we get in line. She is always so happy to help. It's worth the drive.Thank you!!
