THIS location is hands down the worst USPS location in the Charleston area. The clerk (Ronda) held my shipping label hostage and said that I had to purchase one of their shipping boxes because mine was the wrong type.. IT’S A BOX. The shipping label that I paid for already says what it is! I have been shipping my eBay packages with priority mail boxes for 5 years and have never had any issues. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

The red-haired miserable employee "Ronda" is very rude , she threw a tantrum because I put the cap back on the pen. , totally unstable....... Any positive remarks about Rhonda are totally fake !!!!!! Put there by USPS

I have been using this post office for months now and Rhonda is always incredibly helpful and knowledgable. There was long lines and traffic during the holidays but they always took care of everybody in line as quickly as possible! It is a very clean location with plenty of parking and a great staff.

Go to a different location, this one doesn’t have a drop box for packages so you have to wait in line or get the worker attention. It’s always the same worker and she is a know it all. From now on I’m going to a different location

Good thing that this is a Government Entity because Rhonda would put them out of business otherwise. I've never met someone in a customer service facing position that is so terrible with customers on a regular basis. The first few interactions I figured, hey, she's probably having a bad day giving her the benefit of the doubt. Within the last year my girlfriend and I have started to ship more regularly and there has never once been a positive experience. This seems not to be a surprise by her coworkers who we've witnessed being on the wrong side of the stick with her as well.Unfortunately, the general public does not single handedly know all the ins and outs for shipping so it's the job of the employee to assist and with educating and helping determine what is needed. On top of that Rhonda lives be her own rules that she makes up on the fly that don't align with what other employees have done, USPS specifications listed online, or even her own previous actions.@Management - Maybe it's time to stop the verbal abuse on the general public and move Rhonda to the back end of operations. Wishing the best for her as this amount of negativity expelled must be toxic internally.
