Horrible experience! The old white woman with a full beard (you can’t miss her) almost made me lose my cool.. Received a notification saying that my item was forwarded but the tracking didn’t tell me where. So I emailed USPS on Sunday to ask where my package was. Ben Fouts got back with me at 7:21am on Monday stating it was at this location.
Took myself to this location, when talking to that disrespectful woman, she kept telling me that it was forwarded as of that last Saturday. When I tried to SHOW HER THE EMAIL she kept saying “I don’t go by what Google says”… when I kept trying to let her know that it was an EMAIL from USPS, she kept condescendingly saying “I don’t listen to what Google says”…
When I asked for her coworkers to check her, you can tell they don’t care too much for her at all!

Been to to 49 states. Quite simply the worst post office I have ever seen.
If there is someone in charge there, I would love to meet them and discuss all their issues. I will never use the USPS again to mail a package.

The employee Sharmista Rivers Key Is a very nasty, rude employee. Very argumentative and refused to help. It’s such an inconvenience to come to the post office 3 times in 1 day and receive the same rude customer service each time. She wasn’t attentive to our needs, and provided misinformation and actually showed more enthusiasm to argue in front of a line of customers rather than showing courtesy and respect. I would hope the United postal service would hire more friendly, respectful employees to represent their business. That young lady clearly hates her job or even assisting customers. Horrible experience all because of her and because she doesn’t want to provide us new residents with a mailbox assignment.

Service has continually been horrible to the point where I want to move to another county. They’re rude, they’re slow, and they hold up your packages for no reason. Informed delivery told me for months that my packages were being held “at the customers request”. Why would I request to take off work to stand in line for an hour each time to get my packages? Deliver them!! And every time they told me it would be the last time I had to come in. On TWO occasions I was told that after looking for 10 min in the back that the post office didn’t have my packages/mail and that I was at the wrong location. Both women changed their tune when I showed them the federal website stating their address. Funny how they were able to find them then. I swear they were trying to keep my stuff. After two months of getting that sorted, every single package I order is delayed. Sometimes for a day, sometimes for 3. I just got a notification that my packages aren’t being delivered today because “the business is closed” my HOME is not a business. The mailbox is outside. They truly make stuff up so they don’t have to do their jobs. Now my package will be delivered Monday, only to sit on my porch in the heat for 8 hours while I’m at work instead of on Sunday when I’m home all day. AGAIN. I have family who have worked in USPS for over 50 years and they are appalled at the stories. This post office needs to clean house and hire people that actually care.

They consistently make mistakes and also move slowly for no reason. And will not help your issues honestly, be patient is all I can say.

Incompetent is putting it nicely. They may deliver your package, or mail it across the country and make you wait another week or two. Deliveries are inconsistent and may be “attempted” whenever the drivers feel like not opening your mailbox. They are lazy. I always have issues with them and am sick of it.

If you live in Appian Way apartments Jennifer will not deliver your mail to your door. One excuse use to be she can’t walk up the steps, the 2nd excuse is the office stop taking the packages, and the 3rd excuse is yyyeeeeaaaarrrrsssss ago a bunch of people came to the post office to report that their packages were missing so now you can meet Jennifer at the mailbox to get your mail, or you can pick it up from the post office. They will not put a pink delivery slip in your box, it will be a rip piece of paper that says you have a package for pick up at the cross county post office. I’ve never seen a post office be allowed to while your mail hostage. They have a contract with Amazon and per this contract Amazon packages on Sundays must come to your door and guess what they still don’t

I wish there was a ZERO STAR rating because the passport office at this post office had the rudest person I have ever dealt with. When I say rudest, I mean the rudest, very aggressive and down right Satan in disguise! She has one crutch she is walking with. That should be a good picture if somebody else has dealt with this lady recently. So my rating is zero stars I hope I never have to come back to this place again.

This US Postal is the worst place i’ve had to deal with between getting a passport and having a package mailed through them. They will never be on time ever and are always back up. This place should just close.

I mailed a package at the Cross County Rd, N. Chas post office on 3/25/2024 and it is still sitting there due to a label they created and supposedly can't scan. I had to get this information from the district/post office of the destination zip code not the origination zip code because that's how the USPS system works. I was called on 3/28/2024 by the Portland, OR district and Idaho post office to inform me it is still sitting at Cross County Rd, N. Chas post office. I was provided the district office phone number in Columbia, SC and the mailbox is full and can't receive calls. The local phone number to the Cross County Rd, N. Chas post office is no longer in service. This is a disgrace to the general public/customers that rely on the postal system. USPS is spending millions of taxpayers' dollars to inform us thru advertisement that they are working to make the system more efficient. My receipt has the city/state/zip code for the destination post office. The district and post office on the other side of the country had to tell me that the error in the label is why it's still sitting on Cross County Rd, N. Chas 5 days later. Obviously, there is no one at the post office on Cross County Rd that has the knowledge to fix a problem they created. The 800 number to call is just a call center, they don't have access to the postal system and a response with take 3-5 days. I could have driven the package to the other side of the U.S.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Staff needs to be trained properly, without the attitudes! Every single time I come in this location to do what I’ve been doing for years, they have a different way of doing it, after standing in line for 20-30 minutes…and then expect you to get back in line. Absolutely hate this location!
