I had an appointment for a loc bridge and she was not ready. We rescheduled 10 days later and she still wasn't ready. I finally decided to let her mail it to me and she mailed it later than agreed. The loc bridge I got does not match my locs AT ALL! You used a wavy hair and I have straight locs. My locs are 4 years old and my ends are locked. What I got had loose ends. Also it's WAY too big! I spent over $500 for a half wig that I can not use. Unfortunately I can't get what I paid for even after sending you one of my locs. Your talent and business practices did me a disservice. If I had the energy I would take you to small claims count but I'm just spent. Physically AND financially.
