We used upack for a move from NJ to SC and I cannot recommend them enough. When our closing date became delayed, they were compassionate and worked with us to store our items. All staff was very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family and I moved from MN to SC! We looked at various companies for moving quotes and U-pack provided the best price! We rented a 28 ft trailer and filled it to the max! U-pack staff were professional and always came to deliver/pick up trailer earlier than we were told which was great! Will definately use again!

Used U-Pack to move from Boise, Idaho to Charleston, SC. The process and service was great. Customer service was also great. Only thing preventing a 5 star review is the ramp provided to move your items on and off the trailer is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t just slide out from a stored area under the loading area like you see on other trucks. Instead it is a large, very heavy, and dangerous ramp that you have to lift/slide off and onto the trailer, where it is stored, to use. What is worse is if you use up 3/4 or more of the trailer you can’t slide it in, but instead have to try and either lift it against the wall and strap in or flip on its side diagonally. It’s an absolutely terrible concept. Unless you have help it can be a real challenge and is definitely potentially dangerous.

This team did great work. The drivers were very professional and courteous both on the drop off and pick up. The phone support was great in SC and the national line. The local number back in Washington was a little gruff, maybe they were just having a bad day. The move was easier than I'd expected and there were no hidden fees, overall this was a very pleasant experience. One suggestion - give a better window of time for the pickup and drop off. The window given was a whole day, which made it harder to coordinate help with loading and unloading.

We chose U-Pack for our daughter to move north and are so happy we did. After speaking to one of their major competitors and becoming frustrated, we called U-Pack. Their price was better, customer service was better and the process was right on time and seamless. Everything arrived in perfect order. Our family will be using U-Pack again in the future.
