TruAuto. Darrell, the salesperson, is the rudest salesperson I have ever witnessed interact with his customers.
He was not knowledgeable of the vehicle he was selling. He tried to talk over the customer when they were genuinely expressing concern about the car having water in the light and the bumper. Then he tried to disregard the legal rights of his customer.
Darrell, brought his grandchildren to work with him. The children were loud, running in circles, locking doors, and stumping their feet across the entire front office. Darrell left the children unattended and the children became unruly.
Darrell was very unprofessional as a salesperson in his negative attitude toward the customer he was serving and very unprofessional towards his co-worker's work environment.
His co-worker would address the children and they still did not sit down and behave.
I understand a salesperson are in the business of gift of gab to make money and I understand the salesperson’s number one goal is to ensure their financial team can win on a higher-than-normal interest rate, along with trying to obtain the highest down payment.
Being that the customer paid the full price of the car without financing, he seemed to be bothered by our presence.
I am a professional myself who is an entrepreneur, and this type of personality trait and professionalism is not appropriate for the representative of my business. I would thought the same of TruAuto, unfortunately, Darrell has made my experience truly nonpleasant. I hope TruAuto will make professional changes to ensure that this poor professional experience will never be tolerated in the future.
