“I had some car issues and couldn’t get in with the car dealership who also said they would have kept my car for days. However, we called Lucas auto repair and tire center and they allowed me to bring my car in on the same day. They were very professional and even called about updates on the car… the payment was not too bad I was expecting to pay more!!! I would’ve probably paid double or triple at the dealership. But for the work they did and the great customer service the price was well worth it. I am pleased with the service and will return in the future. Thank you for the fast service!”

“These guys are awesome! I was traveling from GA to Charleston and noticed a knocking sound coming from my car. Also, had an oil leak that I was not aware of. Jamie was awesome and got my car in the next morning. He kept me updated and they got my car back on the road. They were honest and helpfuI and I would recommend A+ in Charleston to anyone!”
“Jaime and A+ did great work. Took my car to a dealer, Rhymes with Jones Ford, Jones charges me the diagnostic fee and in 30 min tells me I need a new engine and turbo. Jaime and his crew took the extra time to diagnose and test everything, although the repair was expensive, communication and explanation were there thru the whole process and very happy at the outcome. Overall great service, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks A+.”
“I had a OBS sierra that was at another shop for months and was getting the run around. A neighbor told me about this shop so I gave it a shot. I was blown away by the customer service and most important the communication. The didn't sell me anything I didn't need and told me things that needed to be fixed and other things that could wait till a later date. Its a father and son shop and they are both very nice and professional, they had my truck up and running in less then a week. Refreshing when other shops are not professional and overcharge for everything. I will continue to let them work on my OBS truck.”
