“A gem in Charleston! Not as big as traditional stores and doesn’t have some of the features like washing station but a fun place to come for a birthday bear where you pay your child’s age.”
“Called ahead of time to see if the buy counter was open. They told me they would accept one basket. I came in with a basket full of toys, clothes, and shoes. They only took 4 of the 6 pairs of shoes. And a few other things. She offered me $26 for the few things they accepted. However, any time I get things back I take it to goodwill. There was apparel missing from my donation. So basically, they took stuff without trading showing me the items in the bin. I did not notice until I showed up at Goodwill. I’m certain the clothing was not accounted for as there wasn’t much inside of the bin. Jackie did my check out and she was very kind. No complaints there. The store overall is great as far as discounted name brand items. Just make sure you know exactly what you are trading and that you get paid for said things.”
“I have to give a big thank you to the cashier and security guard that went the extra mile when l lost my I watch. I asked the nice cashier and she took the time to overhead and call the security person. The very nice man responded and said it had just been turned in. I was a basket case and in tears. They were so nice and went above customer service to help me. I thank them again and hope they can be recognized. It was about 4:00pm on register one.
Thank you for giving me faith on wonderful honest people. Thanks to the person that found it and was honest enough to turn it in.”
