“Top notch business! These guys took care of us quickly, and late in the day. We got there right around closing time and they pulled a massive nail out of the tire, patched it up, and sent us on our way for the lowest price ever! Amazing service and excellent care.”
“The name is very literal. I am states away in Maryland. I found the wheels I wanted on eBay and gave them a call to put an order in. The wheels showed up before the tracking number was sent. Less than 24 hours later I was taking my wheels to Costco to get them mounted for tires. He even threw in some extras after I told him I was military. Awesome service, awesome wheels, awesome shipping time. Unbelievable from start to finish. Also, if you call them a real person answers. 10 stars!!”

“The people here are so nice and answered every question I had and I had ALOT! We couldn't decide between 2 different rims so they put both of them on my SUV so I could see which one I liked better. Very happy with my rims. I only wish they had more options for my type of vehicle, they only had 5. But I will definately be back here for my other vehicles.”

When I asked him what he might be able to do for another car with an AC issue, he met my very tight timeline (needed to leave for a trip the next day). “Jaime and A+ did great work. Took my car to a dealer, Rhymes with Jones Ford, Jones charges me the diagnostic fee and in 30 min tells me I need a new engine and turbo. Jaime and his crew took the extra time to diagnose and test everything, although the repair was expensive, communication and explanation were there thru the whole process and very happy at the outcome. Overall great service, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks A+.”
“Possibly the quickest place to get a quote on a tire, and the fastest service. This place operates like Gerald’s did 20 years ago -iykyk! great cost, fast workers, In-N-Out the door. They have affordable brand new tires as well as tons of used tires. You can pay with Cash app directly, card, cash or even Zelle. No I don’t work here, but I am getting my tires swapped out right now probably the fourth time in five years (not the same vehicle). Great folks”
“This team deserves a perfect 10. A different tire shop tried to be sheisty and get over on us. But NTB WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my family back on the road. Donte was extremely helpful and repaired our tire. It's good to know that there are still honest businesses out here. June 15th 2024”

“I had some car issues and couldn’t get in with the car dealership who also said they would have kept my car for days. However, we called Lucas auto repair and tire center and they allowed me to bring my car in on the same day. They were very professional and even called about updates on the car… the payment was not too bad I was expecting to pay more!!! I would’ve probably paid double or triple at the dealership. But for the work they did and the great customer service the price was well worth it. I am pleased with the service and will return in the future. Thank you for the fast service!”

“I had a OBS sierra that was at another shop for months and was getting the run around. A neighbor told me about this shop so I gave it a shot. I was blown away by the customer service and most important the communication. The didn't sell me anything I didn't need and told me things that needed to be fixed and other things that could wait till a later date. Its a father and son shop and they are both very nice and professional, they had my truck up and running in less then a week. Refreshing when other shops are not professional and overcharge for everything. I will continue to let them work on my OBS truck.”

“Have an 08 Escalade, wouldn't start, tried everything, was on verge of selling vehicle until I found Marks. I was done with my Escalade. Previously had backyard mechanic from Facebook tell me it was my bcm then told me they couldn't flash the new bcm to the truck. The shady mechanic left me stranded and truck still not working after $200 and two weeks later with truck stranded in my driveway. I must of called 50-60 mechanics and shops even Cadillac dealership, with no luck. Either no one had the tools to flash it, or never called back(dealership) ...until I found Marks !! Had it towed and within a day Marks flashed the truck with the new bcm, truck still didn't work (non thanks to that shady Facebook mechanic), but then MARKS did a DIAGNOSTIC on my truck CORRECTLY and FIXED IT SAME DAY! My truck needed a whole new fuse box. And man, that new fuse box look great!! MY TRUCK RUNS LIKE A CHAMP NOW!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT MARKS, YALL ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN CHARLESTON!!! IF ITS NOT MARKS- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! DONT MAKE THE SAME FIRST MISTAKE LIKE I DID, DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MARKS!!

“Here on vacation and noticed a low tire pressure on dash board. I called number and spoke with Oliver asking him if th store carried nitrogen for my tires- he applied yes- PERFECT, he confirmed an appointment within the next few minutes . I came into store and told them I needed nitrogen and they told me they didn't carry it. When you call their number it goes to the call center! I spoke with Lester and he helped me out! Just a heads up be sure they can help you when you make an appointment! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars cause they gave wrong info over phone.”
