DO NOT USE THIS TIDAL WAVE!!!
On 5/14/24 the employee pushing cars through entrance of the wash sent me through the incorrect car wash leaving my windshield, hood, and roof damaged. I am a member and have been a member for over a year with a roof rack on my vehicle and NEVER have the top brushes came down on car due to having a roof rack until this visit. My roof rack was ripped off the top of my car at the halfway point of the wash and at NO POINT was any emergency stops used and my vehicle finished the rest of the car wash. The workers on site noticed NOTHING until exiting the wash and pulling around to the front to show them what had just taken place. After filling out a damage claim on site, being apologized for the incident on site, and being told “don’t worry we will get it taken care of, you will end up needed 3 quotes after we send out insurance information” it took this Tidal Wave location over 2 weeks to contact me about ANYTHING. They denied any fault in the incident and wasted valuable time I could have used elsewhere getting my vehicle fixed after the carelessness by one of their employees. I personally had to call the main Tidal Wave line 3 separate times to get ANYTHING on the situation and was then lied to in an email saying they made efforts to reach out previously. I hope this location does better business in the future after destroying someone’s vehicle. Attached below is photos taken on site directly after the major error by this Tidal Wave location.

Best car wash in the area. This is literally the only car wash in the area that cleans your car without needing you to repeat your car wash or clean your car by hand after going through the wash. You will not be disappointed.

I monthly pay for the graph x 4 plan. Today Sunday I went to the car wash the guy there forgot to activate it and we went throughout the whole car wash without any water soap anything! Just moving !! We went back we explained the situation and we went again. Again, we started and it show that we had tire shine the basic one and we pay almost 50 bucks a month for the graph 4 plan. I already lost like 20 min in there. No manager or somebody that I could actually complaint about the situation. I took a photo of the screen showing that they just apply the tire shine. Awful!

Great place to wash your car in the shade and clean environment. The vacuums always work they have towels and cleaning sprays available for free. Only thing I wish they had was a mat cleaning machine.

I love coming to this car wash! Customer service is a Plus! My experience at this car wash has changed my life and my family lives! The prices are great and i never had any issues with the car wash tunnel. Overall There's an angel that works there and she has been a blessing for 2 weeks now. My family was living in our car and she made it her mission to help us out. We are living in a hotel room and shes paying it for us until we can get back on our feet. Shes a hard worker and an angel. We were struggling with everything. My husband had a medical surgery and she paid almost 1 thousand dollars out of her pocket to help him. No one in our family has done what she has for us. We know she has medical issues herself and she hides it very well. She even feeds my kids on her days off. Whoever hired this amazing adorable doll understands autistic and adhd. I hope her managers and bosses commends her for not just working hard but changing the lives of others. The worker name is Lucia

Club plan never works and always a hassle to get an attendant to do something. I’ve gotten three stickers in the first month of joining and left scrap marks on my windshield from the fast pass. Overall I’ll go somewhere else where it doesn’t take 10 plus minutes to get the premium 4x graphite car wash.

Paid for a monthly wash. Came back two days later and they said I need to pay again because they charged me for the wrong thing.
