My experience with Shanaya was wonderful. I had a pretty unique situation, and she made sure was able to get the house that I wanted. She was on top of all of the details, and if I couldn’t be there to do something she stepped up. She definitely puts her clients first and does everything in her power to get them what want. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

My mom has mold in her condo due to a repair the company refuses to fix. My mom is up to date on her HOA dues and her special assessment fees. Please send a person to fix the water intrusion and replace the moldy drywall so that this does not continue to affect my mother’s health. She has been reaching out for at least six months and she tried to fix the issue inside herself and replaced drywall but another storm came and the damage returned.

I have lived in my apartment for over 10 years. I first rented from Space Company. Then the property was sold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Horrible management company. they do not care about their tenants. Had so many serious issues with our property that took months to get a response from. Rude employees as well.
