Was in Walmart today and was greeted by Tiye and she offered me an opportunity to open a new account with them. That wasn’t part of my plan today but she was very polite and didn’t push so I said why not. She was courteous throughout the whole transaction even while navigating a new system. She made the experience very pleasant. Looking forward to dealing with her for all of my banking needs. Thank you Tiye

Great customer service, always already to serve you. Even when they are backed up they will tell you just give them a minute. The manager at this branch is always ready to help and help you open up other accounts so that your money can go farther. This is my go to branch when I really need something to happen today!!!

This branch has a new employee who worked with Kimmy tonight. This complaint is for HIM mainly. I sent my fiance to the bank to pull out $ for an item I wanted to buy on fb marketplace this evening. The man laughed at my fiance bc he had $10 worth of QUARTERS bagged individually for quick counting or rolling if they made him roll it. THE EMPLOYEE LAUGHED and said "Nah we don't do that here you gotta have it rolled." He asked for a roller so he could roll it. THE EMPLOYEE LAUGHED AT HIM AGAIN and said "Nah we don't do that here either, I don't know what to tell ya".... Woodforest provides these to their customers FREE. I get paid tomorrow but wanted to buy something tonight, I sent him there bc this should have been done. Instead he got laughed at. I called back to back the last 10 minutes the store was open back to back bc I was pissed. I was hung up on 3 times immediately after they answered. Finally Kimmy answered and put me on hold but at that point I was over it and hung up. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES. Anyone looking for good customer service please go to the Centre Point Location in North Charleston. That is my main branch. If it wasn't I would be closing our personal AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS first thing in the morning. Instead I'll be heading to see Thianne at my favorite branch tomorrow to complain about their sister store.

60 DAYS FOR A DEBIT DISPUTE.......UNACCEPTABLE.... 1st thing I'm doing once I hit how many day it would be so I don't get charged to fee is closing this account...find a good credit union.... not this useless place
