I booked an appointment with “KLEO LUVV” on fb for lashes . My appointment was for feb,9th 4:30pm. I sent my deposit and confirmed everything with her. She sent me the address and I thought everything was good. I made it to the shop 4:29pm. Went to open the door it was locked, okay cool I’m thinking she may be late. I waited, and as I waited I called and texted her, even video message her. No answer! I’ve messaged her and asked her to refund my deposit and she hasn’t even looked at my message even tho I seen she was active on fb. This is so unprofessional!!!! DONT WASTE YA TIME! It’s been 3 hours and no response
