I am so annoyed by the customer service at the Rivers Ave branch. Its really sad when the poor customer service starts WITH the branch manager, Erica. I had HIGH hopes for this bank, but her reputation definitely preceded her AND held true. searching for a new bank.....

Absolutely the worst bank to bank with. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT keep your money in this bank.Tonight I needed to get cash out of my account at the ATM, and due to a technical error, it decides to confiscate my card. Now I have no access to any of my cash and have to rely on my cards. Now I have to do a cash advance on my cards which then charges me additional fees because of this nonsense as I need to make a transaction that can only be cash.Thanks a lot. I'll be calling to cancel my accounts immediately. Clearly I was wrong to trust TD Bank with my money. Not a single email about my card attempting to be used, or being confiscated at the ATM either. Fantastic security there!Edit: Now I'm on hold with TD Bank and the wait time exceeds twenty minutes. Real nice.

If you have absolutely nothing to do for a few hours this is your kind of place the Most Inconvenient bank you will find. All other locations seem to get you in and out but North Charleston what a mess and a waste of time. I'm looking at better options in the area.
