The one lady that is always at the counter has terrible customer service! She is rude and always talks to everyone with attitude. I came into the store looking for a few things and myself and another stranger asked her a few questions about where things were and she seemed so annoyed and bothered. Another person said she is always mean. Well I will not be going back again! I brought some dip base and it was hard when I got home. I went and tried to exchange it and she laughed at me. We are getting people that don't even like us our hard earned money!!

I love Tammy’s such a wide selection for everything nails you can even get your nails done as well, lashes and I can’t remember the ladies name but if you need your eyebrows done she is fantastic she can wax them and if they need a little extra she can stencil ya some temporary fill in that is the best. It’s my go to place when I need anything nail supplies !!

I went to Tammy’s yesterday to get strip lashes on. So when she put the first lash on it was good until after she wiped something on my eyelid and my right eye immediately started burning bad and then I asked her was it supposed to be burning and she told me yeah but the pain was so unbearable that I couldn’t open my eyes and then she told me to put the fan in my face which eventually helped but she kept telling me to keep my eye open as it was burning. It eventually stopped burning and I went to pay and leave because I was satisfied. This morning my eyes started itching real bad and like I have bumps on my eyelids and as I look she piled the glue up and it’s very itchy and they can’t come off. I do not recommend going to Tammy‘s to get your lashes done.

Sat there for two hours just to find out that my name had been scratched off. When I said something I was told I would be next..just for someone else to walk in and go straight to the chair. So mad right now I can cuss. 2 hours of my time. 2nd time similar situation. Always wanna laugh when nothing is funny about dropping the ball. Lost a long time customer!

Van is amazing!! First you can't even really tell where the fills are. He is wonderful at doing designs. I told him I want Christmas this is what he did. My Halloween ones were so cool!

Went to get a fill in and pedi 10/24/23. Got there at a perfect time...10 minute wait. Customer service could be better but my overall experience was a good one. I'd continue to go for my upkeep.

Went to get my eyebrows done, had my name on the paper and still had two other people that came and signed in after me go first, when I got them done the lady used the same stick and dipped it into the wax. I asked just to have my brows cleaned up and she thinned out the tail of one of my brows while the other still had some thickness to it so they’re uneven and there was still some hair left underneath my brows so I basically have a small soul patch that I just cleaned myself when I got home. I shouldn’t have paid and I will not be coming back for anything.Service: Waxing
