My Mazda Cx5 started pouring out oil and James and the team helped me get sorted out. Definitely the best customer service in town along with selling extremely reliable vehicles. Sales staff is super nice and helpful and kept the store open late when originally purchasing the vehicle. 10/10 experience overall

I visited the Stokes Mazda dealership a few weeks ago in search of a new vehicle. I test drove a CX-30 in the Premium trim and was interested in purchasing it if we could reach a fair price as determined by Kelly Blue Book (www.kbb.com).
The salesperson who assisted me with the test drive was nice and personable, but I was surprised to hear her tell me that Stokes is “purely an MSRP shop” when we began to discuss the price. I showed her what was considered a fair purchase price by KBB for this exact model with these exact options and she continued to say that while Stokes does not add any mark-ups to the MSRP, that they also do not offer any discounts other than any military or customer loyalty discounts that might be in effect at the time. I let her know that I was not interested in purchasing any vehicle at MSRP and she proceeded to get the manager.
The manager came into the office and as soon as he sat down, I let him know that I’m not paying more than what KBB suggests that I pay for this vehicle as the difference between MSRP and the KBB suggested price was thousands of dollars. He then stood up, said “Have a nice day”, and walked out. I followed right behind him and moved on to look at other vehicles. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Hudson Nissan of Charleston at a price well below MSRP and right in line the KBB fair purchase price. I’m writing this review to let you know before you go to this dealership that they are strictly an MSRP shop so that you don’t waste your time like I did. If you are looking for pricing below MSRP and more in line with what’s considered fair pricing as determined by sites like KBB then you will need to look elsewhere.

Wow!! I have been shopping around for a used vehicle for months now and I was able to close that chapter today! Everyone knows how stressful car shopping can be, but not at Stokes Mazda! I shopped at a few dealerships before coming to Stokes Mazda..where I was LIED to, pressured and I almost fell into their trap. BUT I decided to give Mazda a try, I worked with Mike Gregory and Jesus to get me into a 2021 Mazda CX30 and they were just simply amazing. From talking with Mike about what would be best for me and my family to test drives with Jesus, they both were life savers. They were patient, understanding, flexible and really helped me get into a safe, reliable vehicle for me and my family. Dan in finance was THE best I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Dan explained everything clearly so i could understand it every step of the way & ensured me if i had any questions not to hesitate to call him. To put things simply, I WILL be back to Stokes Mazda for my services and ANY further purchases. Thanks Stokes Mazda!

We bought a brand new Mazda CX-90 from Stokes Mazda last week and we absolutely LOVE it! We also had an amazing experience buying our car and highly recommend the entire staff at Stokes Mazda! Our salesman, Austin King, was super easy to work with as well as the finance dept. Thank you again - we cannot say enough good things about our experience or about the vehicle we bought!

I bought a Mazda CX5 from Stokes Mazda {Charleston} on 8/31/2024. The experience has been above expectations to date.
Our salesman was Adrian Wilson. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. At no point was he pushy, yet was very willing to explain and answer the many questions we asked in an honest non evasive fashion. He explained the possible options in models and upgrades which helped with the decision making.
The car we chose was a custom order, and he kept us informed regarding arrival timeline. When we took delivery he was excellent in explaining the various high tech features, and helped in the initial setup.
The trade in value we received for our prior Honda Civic was extremely fair.
Our finance Manager was Bert Pacheco. Likewise, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and most accommodating to our needs. He facilitated the vast amount of paperwork extremely well. I had a question about the paperwork, and texted him. Much to my pleasant surprise he called back on a Sunday during the holiday weekend.
In summary, to date I am very impressed, and fully recommend Stokes Mazda for your auto needs.

We were very pleased with the sales department, our salesman was Samuel Westbury. Did not feel pressured, the wife had to have heated seats and headlights that moved in response to the steering input. Sam helped my wife tailor the safety features for her liking and setup the MyMazda app on her phone. We are both Baby Boomers so sometimes simple app things that a 10yo can do are a challenge for old timers like her.
Very happy and Mazda currently has super low interest rates 0% for 36month

I paid them $1,400 to replace the ecm on my 05 mazda tribute it failed in 1 week. Then they charged me 690 dollars for coil packs and plugs to honor my ECM warranty and never installed the plugs.
Two years later, the coil packs failed, not a big deal, so I called to ask what coil packs I needed and had to call five times. I got hung up on four different times, saying they would be right there .
After all of that I was told that I could of put any brand coil pack and plugs in the vehicle and they would still honor my warranty after they charged me the $690 before 2 years prior for the coil packs and never installed spark plugs.
(That was required for the warranty)
These people are Crooks. Do not go here. Order from out of state they are not worth it, rude and dishonest business.
If you're not a regular customer, they will try to get one over on you. They're in the one-time service business, not repeat business. Shame on them for being so dishonest.

This is going to be about a dealership that WILL work with you to get the car that YOU like. Back in April I filled out a credit application and the next day, I called and spoken with Mr.Jesus Espinal about my credit application. Mr. Espinal told me to come in and within the hour I was driving out with a 2019 Chevy Traxx. "That's fast Service." I am a Big Man and although the Traxx was a good car I just wasn't comfortable . So I went back to Stokes Mazda and they showed me a 2022 Chevy Equinox and I was able to trade in the Chevy Traxx with no money down. Their Finance Officer Mr.Dan Wiggins made it happen that I was able to get the additional finance that was needed to drive off their lot with "0" down. This is to anyone reading this review, "I want to say that these Guys will work with you to make it happen." Another thing I need to say is that Mr.Jesus Espinal asked me before I taken The Equinox if I wanted to test drive the car and I told him "No." No test drive, and my reason for that is because the Chevy Traxx did drive well and I had so much confidence in Stokes Mazda and I know that I will not drive out with a lemon. I give these guys 5+ rateings because ,"THEY WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN."

Yesterday, I bought a 2024 Mazda CX-90 from Stokes Mazda in North Charleston. What a wonderful experience I had with Chuck Meyer as my sales consultant. I told him the car I wanted, he followed up with me and had the car waiting for me in front of the entrance door running ready for a test drive. He was thorough with everything and made sure I know everything about the car I'm buying. Showed me all the capabilities of the car, and helped me with sitting up the Mazda app. He wanted to make sure before leaving that I'm good and happy with everything! His customer service is beyond what I imagined in comparison to another place the day before! Thank you Chuck for the wonderful experience; I will definitely refer my family and friends to see you! ?

Had a wonderful car buying experience! Matt and the whole Stokes Mazda team was amazing in helping us purchase our CX-90. They had great communication as we had to wait for a vehicle to be in stock but made the whole process as simple as could be in upgrading to a new vehicle for our growing family. Definitely would recommend this dealership and use them again in the future!
