Great shoes and a great sale when I went in. Didn't expect to get two pairs of shoes but it was well worth it. The customer service was GREAT! Just check your shoes to make sure both shoes have the same size.

Cherish was incredibly patient and helpful while trying to find my size in like 10 pair of shoes. She was super friendly and stuck it out with me until we finally got one - ask for her if you ever need help!!

Steve Maden is an excellent store located at the Tanger Outlets. It has a large variety of shoes, bags, and other accessories. The prices are standard, with some great discounts on clearance items. I purchased two pairs of shoes for $50. Screaming deal! The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Great customer service but I've noticed that their shoes tend to run small and they are almost always out of my shoe size. This location sells really nice/stylish men's shoes as well as women's shoes so there is something for everyone. The store was very organized and neat with ample space to try on shoes.

The manager on duty on yesterday morning deserves a raise and some help! All of the technology in the store was down and he still found a way to help me return some shoes that I REALLY wanted (my size wasn't available ??). We will definitely revisit but please help this young man make this store successful.
