Used to be my favorite and only store I go to. Wife is amazingly nice and sweet but the man isn’t I called to ask a question and I could tell he really didn’t listen to me, before I could even get a actual answer he just hung up. I liked it better when the wife was there by herself with him being there he judges his customers and then accused them of stealing before seeing them actually do anything that looks like stealing.

Horrible!!! please do not shop here the male owner is rude he only speaks to you if you buying something. Nasty attitude I gave them multiple tries and the experience is just bad …………Ps: if you want a great experience go to the hair store 5300 rivers ave my new favorite hair store

i came in looking for a wig and some product but didn’t like the option of wigs so i wanted to buy a headpiece instead for my bald head and the chinese guy came rushing over telling me to “take it off” i guess he was talking about my purse but was unclear at first, accused me of stealing and was going to call the police, went up their to checkout and he started to accuse again so i just walked out and they started to record me pulling away. worst serve ever. yall really that paranoid to accuse everyone of stealing i guess. he was RAISING his voice at me and it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. i just started wearing wigs but this place isn’t worth it. bad quality wigs any their products probably don’t even work because they are all probably knock offs. don’t bother asking them for advice because they have no knowledge of the items they are selling

This is my opinion: I completely understand the negative reviews. I stopped patronizing this store years ago because of the bad attitudes of the owners. Everyone is talking about the most recent incident, and I am not surprised. I cannot comprehend how they are so disrespectful to the people who pay their salaries. Without black people purchasing their products, the store would fold. It is my opinion that they are afraid and now they are beginning to panic. I refuse to reward bad behavior by giving my hard earned money to people who refuse to value me.....No one needs hair that bad....Go natural, be free, shave it bald, and stop giving your money to people who only want your money but could care less about you.... People have to suffer consequences before a change can occur. Some people will only change if their income is affected. Don't reward bad behavior.

Treated me terribly as soon as I walked in. They kept following me around and thinking that I stole. I decided that I didn’t feel welcome and decided to walk out only for the owner to stand in my way. I had to physically force my way out of the store by myself. It was the scariest 5 minutes of my life. Never coming back again.

After their unacceptable and VIOLENT actions against a black, PAYING, female customer that shopped there they’ll never get another cent out of my pockets. Disgusting! She was assaulted and chased out of the store, with her car ran after!
