Came in here to get a water and something to eat. The lady just hid behind her register, all of them saying closed pretending not to see me. I wanted some stuff behind the counter.. oh well I guess they don’t want my business.
I go to the self checkout and it looks like they just wiped them down but not with a cleaning agent, they just pretended they where in third grade and smeared all the dirt and sticky crap every where. It was kinda disgusting. It’s sad because I like these gas stations, they used to do it right…

I stopped in to fill up with gas on a wednesday morning around nine. I used my american express at the pump, inserted not tapped.
Apparently, it connected and I was then instructed to remove my card; however, the card was locked inside of the machine. I spent about another 2 and a 1/2 minutes trying to get it out and then walked into the store at which time the cashier told me that I needed to "keep trying to pull it, eventually it will release". She told me that this was a safety mechanism.
By the time I got back to my car, the car did release. However, I had to start the whole authorization process all over again. This time I tapped.

All of the pumps have been broken for months. You have to pay inside.

Ordered three piece dark chicken, macaroni and cheese, gizzards and livers.???... As much as I dislike Churches Chicken and Popeyes, this one adds to the list. Burnt and salty chicken and Gizzards. Dry macaroni and cheese. Very unsatisfied with this...?????

Easiest station to hit on my way home from the hospital in the mornings, but there always a problem with at least one pump. Most of the time it's the card reader. It either freezes and doesn't completely the purchase or it locks your card in and you have to fight it back out. Poor customer service if you have to go inside for help.

Bathroom floor covered in urine. Both sinks clogged with paper towels. The smell of urine will knock you out as you get near the bathroom.

I will never purchase a money order from Spinx again!!! I have never heard in my life that someone has to send an email to the corporate office in order to have your money order voided because they only have 12 hours to void it in the store side. I purchased a money order from this location on May 8 for a deposit. I did not need the money order and I took it back to this location in order to get my cash back. Mind you, it was already a stressful situation on the day I purchased it. I was told by the clerk that you cannot purchase money orders with a debit card. This was news to me because there are several other places where you can use the debit card option. On top of all of this, I find out that because I came in the store after 6pm, I would not be able to get the money order avoided until corporate is back in office on Tuesday. The corporate office closes at 4pm, how am I supposed to know that. I am quite sure there’s an On-call person for extenuating circumstances. Nonetheless here I am having to wait 4 days before I can get my money back. This situation definitely could have been handled better! Maybe you guys need to come out with a solution for voiding money orders in the store that was purchased more than 12 hours ago.

We went just for the spicy chicken tender sandwich, which was okay it could have been fresher. I've had a better one from a different location. I also got potato wedges it was only like four in the box...for $3, They were fresh staff was courteous, David rang us up, and he was very sweet man.

This location is a joke at night. Close there restrooms all night. Always out of products. Employees playing load inappropriate music and there Employees are always on there phones.Spinks website says there 24/7 but this location's Employees will lock the doors and put closed signs on the door.Need major improvements for me to change my review

This place is great for the most part. The majority of the employees here are great. There are a couple of rude ones that shouldn't be working with the public but it seems like there is always a few of those kind no matter where you go these days

My husband and went here so he could get a cup of their bean coffee. They did not have any large cups in front of the coffee only small and medium. We turned around to leave and spotted large cups on the counter where the sugar and creamer are. We fixed him a large cup of columbian coffee. He used some half and half and off we went after paying $2.65. When he finished his coffee there was disgusting black stuff in the bottom of the cup (wish I had taken a pix). It was not coffee grounds. Probably from uncleaned pots. I do not recommend going to this Sphinx because they obviously don't care about cleaning their coffee pots. I gave them 1 star because there wasn't a zero.
